“I was dealt with by Stan at the Romford Branch, I should say Stan the Man! I had an issue with my tyres and was an absolute wreak. Stan was absolutely amazing in dealing with my car. He calmly talked me through the process I felt completely reassured. Outstanding customer service. Despite it being a very busy Monday everyone including Stan was very welcoming and friendly. This will definitely be my go to branch from now on!”

“This is a good place to go for a mini-shop. Nisa has a wide variety of snacks available. Most importantly the service is friendly and respectful. Compared to the shop on the same road called 'Gidea Park Food & Wine', that I will definitely be avoiding - not only that shop has staff who don't care if customers will not wear a facemask and ignore social distancing, but there is a raised flooring at the entrance doors where customers could risk falling over. Gidea Park Food & Wine should have a signage to say 'mind the raised flooring' or quite frankly there shouldn't be any raised flooring in the shop because I went into this shop and nearly tripped up. The shopkeeper does not care what a customer has to say, or about some of their vile people who walk into this shop, and its just disrespectful. I would certainly shop at Nisa again next time I am in this pleasant area, and will most certainly not go into the shop called Gidea Park Food & Wine. It's a big difference between the service experienced from both of these shops.”

“Only been in here a couple of times but gonna start using this place more. Such nice people and always a great cut! They really take their time and understand what you want! If there is a wait it's normally only a short wait. Was in there today and had my hair cut not sure the name of the barber but he had no hair and wore glasses- he was also giving me good advice about how to maintain longer hair. It was a fantastic experience both times with Sunny being extreemly supportive and helpful. He is very welcoming and funny! But Joanne and the other receptionist will always go the extra mile to accommodate me. I really can't thank them enough. The lady dentist who treats me is also brilliant. Her name is Dr Hajra Bhikha ,and she will always take the time to explain to me what she will be doing as she works her way through the procedure. All in all , an excellent dental practice.
