I went with my 7 month old little girl who is known to be typical cry baby, Robert was very thorough with the whole process and gave great after care advise. She made a pre cry sound for a second or two then was absolutely fine. I decided to get my nose pierced at the same time to commemorate how well my baby girl did and leave a stamp for the last day of 2022. I called today and they kindly offered to fit him in at the end of the day. These guys done an Absolute amazing job cutting my boys nails. “I had an appointment at the London Cat Clinic today my "Little Diva" cat's nails needed to be clipped, she's not good with strangers or unfamiliar environments.. so becomes very anxious!!! And rebels against being handled where her nails are concerned.. but I was pleasantly amazed by Doctor (Farhe) I know I've mis-spelt his name "apologies!" And the Nurse (name not known) they were able to clip her nails with ease.. I feel Bambi (my cat) picked up on their Male Pheromones.. so resistance was futile!!! “Highly recommend Purely Diamonds! I have been on a receiving end of A* service! I purchased an engagement ring in 2020. Clare was fantastic and helped me pick a ring which my partner loved and couldn’t be happier with it! And I even managed to pick the correct ring size without her telling me (I found it a big achievement). I’d get an engagement ring from Purely Diamonds again, if I could get married twice! Fast forward 2.5 years and we noticed a stone had come fallen out of the band (it happens of course). I contacted PD and I received a swift response and stated I should send the ring in and they’ll check it over. The same day PD received the ring, they checked it over and told me it will be done free of charge with a clean/polish and was then sent back within 2 working days. Within 4 working days it was sent, received, fixed and sent back to us. Of course… Royal Mail had messed up and hadn’t delivered the ring after they’d received the package at my Local depot After a couple days, I decided to contact Purely Diamonds to see if there was anything they could do. Alex and Clare were on the case straight away with frequent updates and ensured me it will be sorted no matter Royal Mails outcome. (Becoming slightly worried as we are getting married in 2 months and making a claim is not a quick process). The ring turned up in the end… thankfully. But I had no doubt PD would have sorted it quickly for us if needed. Everytime I had contacted Purely Diamonds, I’d always have a response in less than a couple of hours. Which makes a massive difference, when you can expect to wait days with other companies. Many thanks Clare and Alex for the amazing service and communication! Definitely recommend!”
