“I’ve worked at rainbow for 7 years now and I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else! I started when I was 16 as a student completing my level 3 which means that I worked in all the rooms and every room I went into had something different to offer, the staff are so welcoming and helpful with teaching me how to care for children! The management team are always available for support and guidance through training and in day to day nursery life. There is so much opportunity for progression I started as an inexperienced student and have now been a room leader for 5 years. The facilities are incredible and make you forget you’re at work as there’s so much to do and explore!”
