We have been served by the store manager, and members of her team, including new staff at the beginning of their time with Schuh We have found the whole team in each and every instance we have used them to be consistently warm and friendly, and show patience even when obviously under pressure at busy times. I have never once felt like we were hurried or pressurised in any way. They always take the time to engage enthusiastically with the children and parents. As to pricing nothing is excessively priced in comparison to other retailers. Seriously well done to all at Schuh Kids Bluewater! .”

I was seriously impressed by this, and also the service I received from Andy, who went hunting for size 8s for my son.... and actually managed to find a pair my son liked! Thumbs up all round.
