“We undertook a large renovation of our home and based on recommendations of friends we approached InHouse Designs. Based on prior experience with other similar companies we were a bit hesitant, but there was no need to be. We provided a brief of what was needed which was basically a new kitchen, utility room, 2 ensuites and family bathroom. We wanted to budget in certain areas and spend more in others, the vast selection of products caters for this really well. The team were excellent, put together some great design proposals with practical considerations that were not highlighted by previous companies we had visited. A very competitive price was given especially combining the tiles. We placed our order and over the period of the renovation build, inhouse design were excellent keeping me updated on the progress of my order and working around the renovation project schedule which was not going to plan!. We are delighted with our Kitchen, utility room and bathrooms. We look back and think which companies we had used that we would recommend to others, no hesitations to recommend this company for sure.”

We had a ‘love frame’ for my eldest son 2 years ago and went back again to do few more frames after my younger son was born. “Highly recommend Purely Diamonds! I have been on a receiving end of A* service! I purchased an engagement ring in 2020. Clare was fantastic and helped me pick a ring which my partner loved and couldn’t be happier with it! And I even managed to pick the correct ring size without her telling me (I found it a big achievement). I’d get an engagement ring from Purely Diamonds again, if I could get married twice! Fast forward 2.5 years and we noticed a stone had come fallen out of the band (it happens of course). I contacted PD and I received a swift response and stated I should send the ring in and they’ll check it over. The same day PD received the ring, they checked it over and told me it will be done free of charge with a clean/polish and was then sent back within 2 working days. Within 4 working days it was sent, received, fixed and sent back to us. Of course… Royal Mail had messed up and hadn’t delivered the ring after they’d received the package at my Local depot After a couple days, I decided to contact Purely Diamonds to see if there was anything they could do. Alex and Clare were on the case straight away with frequent updates and ensured me it will be sorted no matter Royal Mails outcome. (Becoming slightly worried as we are getting married in 2 months and making a claim is not a quick process). The ring turned up in the end… thankfully. But I had no doubt PD would have sorted it quickly for us if needed. Everytime I had contacted Purely Diamonds, I’d always have a response in less than a couple of hours. Which makes a massive difference, when you can expect to wait days with other companies. Many thanks Clare and Alex for the amazing service and communication! Definitely recommend!”
