“Location is great! Really cosy dine in experience (quite romantic but equally great for a group of friends). I ordered pizza, really impressed with the the ingredients as it was fresh and the service was second to none, the team really do take care of you. Using sustainable packaging and being a part of the neighbourhood is at the heart of what they're about as a business. Would definitely recommend for take in and takeout experience.”

“A gem off the Clapham Common high street and underground station. This restaurant was called En Cafe earlier, if I remember correctly. Dumplings and Bao is an interesting mix of a dimsum house and a french patisserie. The food is fantastic as is the service. The owners are very friendly and the service is great. The dimsum were really good. As was the main course and rice. We had ordered a lot for the group, but we managed to polish it all off, clearly a sign that the food was very tasty. It you live around Clapham, do visit this hidden gem or order from here. It's inexpensive and the food is fresh. You will be back for more.”

“A nice place for dumplings! We enjoyed the lobster dumpling, it’s a bit pricy but it’s very fresh and worthy to try! Dan Dan noodle is nice too. We enjoyed most of the food here! If you pay by cash will get 10% discount.”

“Authentic Chinese food at very reasonable price and large portion. This place locates in an alley almost missed but very glad we visited. The bun is juicy and full of flavour. Both of the noodles have a lot of flavour and decent portion with hand made noodle and meat. Strongly recommend!”

“Beijing dumplings were excellent and we took pork, pork & crab and a prawn dumpling (3x8)… it was a lot but so tasty! They have lots of other items on the menu, but the dumplings are great (you can see them making them in the window when you stand in line) and the best of the dumplings were the prawn ones, but they were all excellent. I can warmly recommend the dumplings here!”

“Well, not sure why there’s a bad review on here! This place is phenomenal. Such good value for the tastiest takeaway in the area. Plenty of genuinely delicious veggie options (the tofu is so light and fluffy), and the duck is always perfectly cooked. I bring up this Chinese place whenever getting takeout is mentioned. 10/10 :)”

“One of the nicest Chinese restaurants in this area. The owner was a long time staff from Goldmine in Bayswater (which was really nice). Dishes are well priced and always tasty. The Malaysian dishes are good and about as authentic as you will be south West London.”

“This was actually my first time trying Georgian food and I have to say it was absolutely fantastic, so much so I went again shortly after to try something different. I would highly recommended the Acharuli Khachapuri and Chefs special, both were absolutely delicious and I would definitely have them again. The restaurant itself is both casual and cosy with simple, clean decor that felt warm and welcoming. The layout gives each table it's own personal space and is lovely for casual lunch or dinner with friends and loved ones. Table service was outstanding, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Excellent recommendations with the option to taste the wine as well. Both times I had a wonderful, relaxing evening. Would highly recommend.”

“Simply put, your bucket list is incomplete until you’ve tried this incredible little restaurant. Chef Mo welcomed us like long term locals and served up the most authentic roti & chicken curry, beef rendang with coconut saffron rice, and teh tarik. You just can’t find food this delicious at a price like this (£10 per main) in London anymore, and it’s conveniently right next to Kilburn station. Throw in some good stories from the Chef about Sabah and durian, and I’d give it 9 out of 5 stars if I could. Do yourself a favour and go see Chef Mo and Chef Wan pronto. Whatever they cook you will serve whatever ails you. Terima kasih Chefs — we’ll be back very soon to try the gado gado and laksa.”
