“Ricky came initially for a boiler breakdown repair and having made me aware of the parts needed and gave me the quote which was very reasonable, I instructed him to proceed but that’s when the sourcing of the boiler parts became a problem. I have an old boiler and Ricky uses an App to order the necessary parts from a large selection of stockists but over 25 companies were contacted and none of them had the required parts, the only way left was to go direct to the manufacturer but the delivery time was going to be at least 2 weeks so I decided to have a new boiler installed instead. Two days later and job done and a now I have a more efficient boiler with a long warranty. Professionally done and no issues in accommodating me with a couple of other issues that I had.
