Dogsology London
“A great service, much appreciated by us and our dachshund Roy! We needed to go out without our puppy who had little experience with dog sitters, and he absolutely loved Harli. We got frequent updates from her, Roy had a great night, making everyone relaxed and happy, would recommend to anyone.”
The Dog House - Beddington
“Pleasant little micro bar - just the thing this area needed. Good selection of ales and quality was very high. No food but let us bring something in from the nearby takeaways which was nice. Also showed the world Cup game.”
Wutian Martial Art Institute in Isle of Dogs
“Joining Wutian institute was the best thing we did for our 4yo so far. Coaches are professional and friendly. Despite small problems at the beginning (our son decided he didn't want to attend the trainings), we got full support and help with resolving this issue. The positive impact on my son's physical and mental development could be seen after first two weeks and with every training he is better and better. His behaviour also changed. He become to be reasonable, happy to listen and cooperate. His self discipline and confidence skyrocket.”
Red Dog Saloon - Soho Restaurant
“Never been. Glad I did! Was a works do. We have a good selection! They even cater for vegetarians, despite it being a meat eaters paradise!!! Lots of burgers, brisket, pulled meats, loaded fries! It as wings Wednesday so my work mate had chicken wings and iced tea! I had to help him at one point (that’s what mates are for) as he got into a food sweat before his food coma kicked in!! Definitely worth a visit. Staff super friendly. The price was very reasonable and the food super tasty!!”
Walk in the Woods - Dog Walkers
“I have been using Walk in the Woods (Lee) for two years for our Weim and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to someone looking for a reliable and caring dog walker. Lee loves and cares for his “customers” as he would for his own dogs, and I can honestly say it’s the high point of our dog’s day when Lee’s van pulls into the drive (many times on the weekend we even find our dog waiting by the door for Lee to arrive). Thank you Lee for providing such a great service !”
woofwoofwalk
“Amy from Woof Woof Walk initially started doing puppy visits for us. Now our puppy is 5 months + he has progressed to proper walks and is loving it. I was very anxious about leaving him at first but both Catherine and Amy quickly put me at ease. It is clear they have the dogs best interests at heart. Both ladies are very responsive on text and extremely accommodating of my often last minute requests (ever changing work set up). I would highly recommend them to any dog owner. I know my whippet puppy is in safe hands with them.”
LondonWoof
“Well, what can I say...AMAZING! Honestly, I am so in love with London Woof, as is Ruby my 3 year old schnoodle. The love and care she receives from Gabor, Ruta and Maruena (sorry, I don't know the correct spelling!!! But Ruby goes NUTS when he comes to pick her up!!! And he is so brilliant with her) I feel such a sense of relief knowing she is having a ball and in safe hands on days I need day care, and just recently she had her first overnight. She loved it. I have had issues with Ruby in the past with separation anxiety and also being a little madam with taking it as she is top dog. But I have been actively re-training her and she is a different dog...I definitely link this with her attending London Woof too. They know her needs and have been implementing her new routine there too. She is calmer, happier, less anxious and well, just the happiest I have ever seen her. Thank you LW and all the team. Big shout out to Gabor who calls to let me know how she is getting on...SO lovely. What a manager. You have made my life so much easier too, any single dog parent knows it's tough...not anymore :) I genuinely can't recommend LW enough, if Ruby could talk, she would absolutely agree. I will just take her tail for it! WAGGING! xxx”
Waterlow Park
“Beautiful park hidden away. Really well kept and maintained with little quirky surprises! Right next to Highgate Cemetery”
Zoomadog
“My dog slipped his disc and was in a very bad state, the vets were quoting £2000 for an MRI scan to see if they could do a £6000 operation… I found zoomadog online and saw their back brace whilst we were giving him medication and waiting for his review from the vets, the back brace saved him, it worked wonders, he can now run about again after only 2 days of having it on, it supports his back and prevents him flexing the way that causes damage! Amazing! He can also sleep in it comfortably too! Definitely worth the money!”
The Volunteer
“Great pub under new management. Nice new modern feel inside and large beer garden. Friendly staff and feels quite a friendly atmosphere in there.”
Colliers Wood Recreation Ground
“A virginly beautiful and peaceful place for recreation and picnic at 7-8 minutes from Coleles Wood, today seems even more hospitable because of the beautiful sunny weather. I recommend! 5 stars”
Rosebery Park
“Great Park. Great Location. I can only assume it is for the privileged people of Epsom. No parking in the park itself. Parking in the Town centre. If you want to take a picnic to the park you don't really want to look at your watch every few minutes. Three hours to take a picnic in the park and wonder around the town to support local businesses wouldn't be unreasonable. Few minutes over 3 hours in the car park £12. . Scare wonder high street businesses are closing down. You don't have to be a millionaire to visit Epsom but it certainly helps. Maybe the council simply just keep Epsom for the locals. Best Wishes Peter Appleby”
The Greyhound
“Went for lunch here today with family and it was great. Food, drinks and friendly service, all superb. I especially liked that the veg with my pie were cooked beautifully (ie, not overcooked as is too often found in pubs). Top marks.”
Grays Beach Riverside Park
“Been going here since my daughter has been born. Now she's four & she still loves it. Since Covid/lockdown the cafe has changed owners & it is a massive improvement, better menu, much cleaner inside & outside. They have taken the bins directy outside the cafe which means a lot less bloody wasps. We just had a portion of chips, which argubly was a bit exspensive but they were very nice & the portion was big. The beach was & always is very clean, there is now a new play ship built which my daughter loved. Over the past year they have built a splash park with fountains etc. Again my daughter loved it, it was managed & kept clean very well. There is a small cost £2.70 for 25minites or £5 for an all day wrist band. Overall it was a good day at grays beach & its free, so whats better then that. Will defently be going back.”
Trespass
“Love the friendly staff here, they are also very helpful with product knowledge. Prices are very reasonable and I've been more than happy with the many products I've bought here.”
Elstree Open Space
“Good for a good morning walk even with a friend on a nice sunny day in may.”
Winning Post - Pub & Grill
“I would recommend The Winning Post- good food, free large car park and spacious venue. We were a table of 4 and went to eat. I have to say that they’re sharing nachos are some of the nicest I have tasted- the freshly made tortilla chips are really nice. It would be nicer to have some more guacamole but I often think this with nachos- this is my preferred dip. The menu has a number of vegan options which is not always common and the allergen menu online is really useful. The service was good- any minor issue resolved without delay. Staff were welcoming. Overall I would recommend and plan to return.”
Penge Recreation Ground
“Nice little park with paved and kids fenced play park + football/basketball facility.”
