“We have been using Briony and KDW since our German Shepherd was a puppy. Briony immediately put us at ease from starting with puppy visits and now onto hourly visits/walks, helping to also interact with other dogs and on her own. She is VERY flexible and helps us out at the very last minute at times. Our dog absolutely adores her (sometimes more than us I’m pretty sure) and she always makes sure the dog is wiped down and the house kept clean when she visits. Would highly recommend her and wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“I took my 7 month old Sheltie puppy to Sabine for a thorough grooming. She was very understanding about my nervousness about my pup’s first grooming experience and talked me through the whole process very carefully. She did a lovely job on his thick fluffy fur. He looked a million dollars when I picked him up and Sabine had kindly videoed the grooming so I could see that he had not been distressed. I will definitely go back!”

“We boarded our two working spaniels for two weeks and they looked like they were having the best time! When we picked them up they looked happy, healthy and well taken care of. We worried about them because of the heat wave but the daily updates kept us reassured that they were in great hands. We also really loved that they did daily weight checks for the dogs to make sure they weren’t losing weight due to stress. They really do take the well-being of your dogs seriously. “We took our Labradoodle, Pippa in after a quick phone consultation. We have use the same groomers in West Wickham and Beckingham since Pip was a puppy but due to a poor experience chose to try an alternative. We chose Trimdogs as so many local owners spoke so positively about their experiences. Obviously nervouse to use a new groomer but on meeting the staff I was instantly assured that Pip would be well cared for, they came across very friendly and down to earth. On further discussion it was clear that they were knowledgeable and experienced and caring - they don't harness the dogs during their cut and choose to let them 'just be' on the table. I thought this was bonkers and worried how Pip would behave but this approach clearly had a good effect. When we collected Pip she was happy, settled and equally please to see us (although clearly had bonded with her groomer and didnt know who she wanted to be petted by). The cut had surpassed out expectations, there really is a benefit to tring a different groomer - although I can see us sticking with Trimdogs for quite some time. Even if you have been with the same groomer for some time - give Trimdogs a try, even if its just to see the shop - its bonkers, they have a fake garden wall as a counter and a back garden gate for the gods to walk though - very nice attention to detale.”

“Our dog Elmo has been in Chris's doggy day care for two years. He can be quite picky about who he trusts but Chris is his favourite person in the world and he absolutely adores her. He rushes out of the front door to see her in the mornings barely able to contain his excitement and he comes back really well exercised and snoozes through a lot of the rest of the afternoon. I don't know what we would do without her because she takes such great care of all of her dogs and gives him a really happy life. I would 100% recommend her.”

I had regular video updates of the property during the visits and felt very reassured by Jo's presence. I would hurry to use her key-holding service in Richmond upon Thames again.”
