The Dog Walker Wimbledon
● Open“We can't recommend Kevin and the DWW team highly enough. Phoebe adores Kevin; being part of his 'pack' really helped to ease her anxiety around other people and dogs during lockdown. We're moving away from Wimbledon soon and will be so sad to say goodbye to Kevin. He really is fantastic and we doubt we'll find another dog walker like him! Gemma & Keith”

Dulverton Lodge Cat Hotel & Pet Spa
● Closed“I had my cat reside at this lovely home from home cat hotel for the first time recently. I was apprehensive about how he might cope, never having been away before. I need not have worried. Sarah gives a wonderful caring service, and clearly loves looking after cats and thinks of it as a privilege! Max settled easily, and was slways so relaxed when I popped in. Regular updates were provided and great photos attached. It is obvious that the cats who stay at Dulverton get the 5 star treatment, and health and cleanliness are attended to. The cat hotel is very spotlessly clean, and warm and comfortable.... I would highly recommend this establishment for any cat.”

Hotel Dachshund - Dog Daycare - Boarding - Essex
● Open“Our little chappy has just completed a weeks stay at Hotel Dachshund and I genuinely think he had a better holiday than we did! Sam is a true lover of sausage dogs and offered the 5* home from home treatment you'd want (and more!), after visiting kennels I just knew it wouldn't be right for our sausage - therefore so pleased we discovered Hotel Dachshund. Sam was incredible at keeping us informed whilst we were away and photo galore which personally we loved! It was incredible to see him play with others and make new friends - leaving you stress free to enjoy your holiday! An incredible boarding service that we'll definitley return for! Can't thank you enough.”

Ruffles Dogs
● Open“Our very lively, strong and intelligent 2 & a half year old black Labrador Ace stayed with Matt for a week in August for the first time. Matt is a very kind and calm person with a lovely home in a fabulous location. On our meet and greet visit, Ace immediately took to Matt and I could see that he would be very well looked after. His love for dogs is very evident and I was confident that he would care for my boy like his own. Matt sent us regular updates and fantastic photos of their walks and play at home with lots of reassurance that Ace had settled in well. When we picked him up Acecwas very happy, confident and looked well fed and content. We immediately re- booked with Matt to look after Ace for our next trip and would 100% recommend Ruffles. Thanks Matt !”

Two Gates Boarding Kennels
● ClosedLower Rochester Road, Higham, Rochester ME3 7HA, United Kingdom“They have beautiful spacious kennels including 'family' rooms where all my dogs can still be together. They feed my pups the food I provide for them (raw food) to the schedule that I keep at home. But enough about that my dogs love it there. They love the staff and run to them for cuddles the second I open the car door. That is the most important thing. I know if my dog could write a review they would give it a 6 out of 5.”

Barehams Boarding & Daycare Centre
● Open“Tried to use self service dog wash for my boy today who has spinal condition, can be very stubborn and extra large breed. So unfortunately couldn't get him in the bath as he is too heavy to lift. Staff were very helpful and understanding and gave me refund no questions asked. Staff explained fully how to use machine and machine seemed very user friendly just shame couldn't get my boy in it. Definitely recommend for other people to try, that doesn't have x-large breed that requires lifting. Great customer service.”

Isadene Boarding Kennels
● ClosedPound Lane Central, Pitsea, Wickford, Basildon SS13 2LZ, United Kingdom“Great kennels! Myself and my family all use isadene as our dogs are most comfortable getting grooms here. My mum has a very nervous chihuahua who will not go to any other groomers apart from isadene… he comes out so settled everytime which is polar opposite of what he has been like with others we have used!! The pricing is very reasonable too, what I find most comforting is you can tell that all the staff love dogs and you know your pet is in safe hands. Definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

Chandlers Cross Boarding Kennels
● ClosedChandlers Lane, Chandler's Cross, Rickmansworth WD3 4NQ, United Kingdom“At first I was sad to leave our little pup but now I realise that was my baggage and dropping him off here is basically a play date that he is excited about. He is well looked after and is happy to see us and happily tired when we collect him. Liz and Jess clearly love the dogs they care for and know them all really well. Sent me pics and videos when we were gone a long time and worrying about him in the early days. Definitely recommend!”

All Seasons Dogs
● OpenChelmsford CM2 8FX, United Kingdom“We got our beautiful Minnie around the beginning of lockdown but soon needed to have her looked after some days when we were both out at work. We were recommended to Donna and I called her. Minnie started there that week and has been going 2 to 3 days a week since. The place itself is amazing with so much room to run around safely and of course to shelter whilst still mixing with other dogs. It is important to know that the dogs are not locked in kennels or cages but allowed to roam around mixing together or sometimes (Minnie) sitting alone on the trampoline or sofa trying to look aloof! What is obvious to us is that Donna and family love the dogs and very much care for their welfare. We recently left Minnie there for 2 weeks while we went away and were wholly comfortable that she was being loved and cared for. We very much need to have her looked after during the week as do many other people including front line workers. I cannot imagine a place that is more secure, safe and loving as this to look after our little family members. We would be distraught if they were forced (totally unnecessarily) to close down and cannot fathom why this would be deemed necessary or justified. I for one would be prepared to do anything in my power to support Donna and family in their case and endeavours to keep All Seasons open and I urge others to commit to the cause for your dogs sake and theirs!”

VaVa Groom U.K. Dog Grooming Salon & Day Care
● Closed“Vava grooms my Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier Harvey. I'm very particular about keeping the breed standard with his cut and grooming. I know with confidence that Vava will hit the spot every time. I'm extremely happy leaving Harvey with Vava's knowing he will receive the upmost care and attention. He always looks excellent and is a happy dog after being collected from his grooming experience. Highly Recommended.”

Royvon Dog Training & Hotels
● Open“We boarded our two working spaniels for two weeks and they looked like they were having the best time! When we picked them up they looked happy, healthy and well taken care of. We worried about them because of the heat wave but the daily updates kept us reassured that they were in great hands. We also really loved that they did daily weight checks for the dogs to make sure they weren’t losing weight due to stress. They really do take the well-being of your dogs seriously. Thank you very much for everything! We will 100% be using your services again!”

Acres 4 Dogs

Although our circumstances have now changed and we don't need full time cover, our new pup is still enjoying Acres a day or two a week and loves it. She is ecstatic every time the Fun Bus arrives to collect her and returns home happy and calm. Thank you Acres!”

Urban Mutts Hotels
● Open“We went for a trial hour with my German Shepard (35kg) and found it was well organised and the temperament of each dog was considered before, during and after the play socialisation. The owner was clearly passionate, knowledgeable and caring about the dogs. He felt calm and considered factors such as resource guarding(no issues), stimulation (ball play provided) and was respectful to those dogs that needed extra attention (rescue dog and 1 to 1 at reception for other dogs that needed a little tlc). The receptionist warm and greeted my dog confidently as I feel not all places are open to large breeds which they do accept as long as they do not have aggressive or behavioural concerns. Rachel (other staff) was also very observant, warm and professional. Most dogs were smaller medium size we saw today but Kuma seemed to be stimulated by the several meet and greets. Overall we would return again for a couple of hours and continue to see how our dog progresses. Good place drop off your dog when heading to the Westfield centre for a few hours and the dog hotel seems nicely laid out. We struggled to find it the first time but then found it easy the second time after speaking to them. You go to Westfield car park A, follow Waitrose signs partially until you see sign -1 then take slight right on the same level, don’t drive down to the bottom level. We also got some good quality dog snacks (we avoid grains for my dog) which he currently enjoying.”
