"Excellent groom for my extremely curly & matted cavapoo! He has been groomed before but was so badly chopped I didn’t want to take him anywhere again. But Vicky & Lauren were so wonderful with my boy and he looked so professional, I could enter him in a show!! Already booked his next visit!! "Absolutely appalling. If it was possible to rate zero star I would. I arrived with my 2 dogs and hadn’t even left my car when I was told that they could not do my dogs due to an issue with the ‘blower’ I asked why they couldn’t have called to let me know (I live a 20 min drive away) the person promptly started to shout in my face telling me repeatedly that she was stressed. Without doubt the most unprofessional place I have ever been. Disgusting customer service. I am just glad I did not leave my dogs there. Since seeing the owners response I feel the need to let it be known that I closed my window as she was shouting in my face about how stressed she was."
