“I have known Toby for over 6 years. I first came to see him with debilitating tension headaches in 2014. I was having them 24/7 for a few months and no prescribed medication or physiotherapy helped to resolve them. I didn't have much hope when I arranged an appointment with Toby after a friend recommended him. How wrong I was! I felt improvement after the first session and the headaches were completely gone after few treatments. Since then Toby has been my first point of contact when I have an injury or feel unwell. I presented with multiple separate issues at first appointment with specialist medical consultant Rhodri Phillip, who took a full history to make his assessment of how best to move forward in my particular case. Rather than ordering multiple expensive tests and scans, he arranged for physiotherapy with the excellent Pierre Jason, who I must admit was great at both demonstrating and explaining any recommended exercises, engaging me to be active in my own healing, performing the recommended exercises multiple times between sessions. Pierre was also hands on with tissue manipulation to support my recovery. Taking down pain and discomfort levels significantly, and increasing range of motion. I was then handed over to another amazing practitioner, Yaad Hassan, who is continuing the unravelling, with his magic mix of soft tissue massage, the most extensive and impactful Accupuncture that I’ve ever experienced, blading, cupping etc. Yaad again is amazingly talented, has a real mixed bag of tools, a great manner and is totally engaging and passionate, delivering a great service. My journey back to being pain free continues. Having experienced many therapies and practitioners over the years, all supporting a little, I’m both happy and amazed in noticing the dramatic difference that the team at PSM have had, helping me unravel symptoms accumulated over a number of years.
