“This hotel delivers the Premier Inn promise with relish. A warm welcome from the check-in team was the start of a great stay. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a great location if connecting overnight through Terminal 5. Bus 8 from Heathrow stops near the hotel's entrance.”

“Great food served promptly. Bit of a queue outside on a Sunday night, but stuck with it and glad we did as the queue shifted to nothing in less than five minutes. Just the right amount of time reading the menu before the waitress asked for our order, which came less than 10 minutes later. All freshly prepared and bang on to the descriptions in the menu. The dishes looked exactly like the menu which is rare these days. Waitress was quick with the next round of drinks and then the bill. Couldn't really ask for more, thank you Yasmin.”

“One of the few takeaways that satisfies my hunger for good food on the go, best falafel in Staines town and surrounding areas by far. The owner/head chef is a really nice guy and makes some really good traditional Lebanese/Syrian food! Well worth a visit, its not your average kebab house. 10/10”

“Beautiful place with tasty food. Once you enter inside the Restaurant it feels like visiting an Art gallery. Once you settle in a chair it gives homely feeling.Thank God !!! They have separate menu for gluten free cuisine. Beautiful ambiance and quality food with great hospitality.”

“Had the chicken tikka dhum biryani with free side (chickpea curry) and some yoghurt. Very good dhum tastes and a mile away from those which come across just like pilau. In Staines the only comparable biryani is the one at the market on Wednesdays. New refurbishment is nice too with a stylish sky light and nicer menu board. Definitely pleasant to dine in.”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Even when there is a long queue, I'm served quickly. Lots of seating downstairs and upstairs and it's cleaned regularly throughout the day. I go for the coffee, which is very nice for a chain. I do hope they bring more variety to the coffee blends though.”

“Ordered 4 different packs of coffee from Bruud a while back and still working my way through them. Absolutely delicious, especially the Colombian coffee. Unfortunately I'm now struggling to enjoy the cheap instant coffee as much as I used to as the difference in quality is so obvious to even a casual drinker like me.”

“One of the best Lamb Shish that I ever eat around London. Meat was nice and soft, well baked and seasoned - it was indeed fantastic meal that make my day. Large amount of salad, plenty of lamb all nicly served in the box.”

“We ordered our food to be delivered to our house. The food was prepared and delivered in a very timely fashion. Most of the dishes came with a sauce, in a little airtight container so that it would not spill. The food was amazing. The mushroom or mixed fungus were the star of the show. The other dishes were just as great. The spring rolls were crispy and tasty, and considering they were in a container they didn't get soggy! Definitely a place to go, or order from!”
