“A wonderful experience with Dr Lin. I have neck pain for couple years. He treated me with fu needle (fast relief) which is supposed to be more efficient than the acupuncture and afterwards I feel much more relaxed. This is amazing. I was very worried it could be painful however I can barely feel it. Dr. Lin is very professional and very patient to me. They also suggest me to take herbal medicines to help with my wellbeing. The renewal process is always thorough and timely, you could feel like a new customer each year as that is the nature of the new policy search at renewal but I don't have an issue with that. “I am totally mystified by the criticism posted by others. I have always found this practice, and its predecessor as The Orchard Practice to be really excellent. Helpful, patient and considerate staff, who manage to be helpful while under severe pressure much of the time. And all the doctors, nurses and other medical staff have been unfailingly polite, informative and responsive. Parking is limited which is problematic but this is hardly the fault of the Practice staff. Overall,i'm very very pleased and satisfied by the service I receive. Thanks You.”
