“My baby is really happy at this nursery, although it’s her first time. She bonded quickly with her key person and baby room staff. She learns many things every day. I chose this nursery because the staff, including the manager is really loving, caring, friendly and welcoming, they have a huge garden, and they have a chef who is making food every day from scratch, and is serving fruits instead of desserts / sweets, which was so important for me. They also cater to food allergies or intolerances. The nursery is refurbished almost completely now and looking much better than it was before. The manager is working really hard every day to make there better and better and implements her original, positive ideas. They have regular outings to local parks, the nature park, and the library which is great. They also have a Spanish music class in all rooms every Wednesday. All of these, and meals, nappies are included in the fees. Plus, they are a Montessori nursery. I am really content with the level of care, staff, activities, and facilities there.”

“I have used Miriam for over 6 months and I can tell you in no uncertain terms that she is absolutely fantastic at looking after my 1 year old baby boy. Miriam is a very kind, warm, loving individual who really takes very good care of the children. She always has activities organised for them and creates a very fun enjoyable environment to play. She has a very nice house with a large garden so they can play comfortably and safely. Another strong pull factor is her level of flexibility. She is able to work longer hours that work for my wife and I, with early drop off and late pick up if so required. All the babies in her care look happy and well taken care of. In the mornings my baby was always so happy to see Miriam and got on very well with her two adorable young daughters aswell. My baby did a huge number of activities and also went on day trips to nearby farms, children's museums, play centres and gardens just to mention a few. In the evening Miriam will happily tell me all the things my baby has been up to and any new developments. I would of carried on using Miriam for years more but unfortunately I had to move away from the area for work. In terms of child care you can do no better, absolutely excellent!! Thankyou!!”

“Our twins girls have been with the wonderful team at LCD since the summer of 2021. LCD was our first choice and initially didn’t have space to accommodate us, and when they did, we felt really lucky. Now, many months later, we feel even more grateful as we see how much our girls love walking through the door each morning and coming out smiling each evening. Home cooked meals, lots of outdoor time, great weekly updates, daily photos and the fantastic care and development of our girls are the reasons we can’t imagine having sent them anywhere else and recommend to any parent considering them.”

“Such a great nursery! The staff are so kind and helpful, very responsive and provide regular updates on children's progress. Always open to adjustments catering to my child's needs at the time. It's a relatively small nursery which gives it a real family feel, I will be forever grateful in how they helped me adjust to sending my little one to nursery - a very emotional transition :)”

“Mandy is one of the most kindest, compassionate and understanding people i have ever met. I had just came out of a 7 year abusive relationship when i started seeing her.
