Rory popped up so I contacted him.for a 1-2-1 before joining his group classes. He made me feel very at ease and we had a good laugh through out our 1st session but he kept me very focused and tested my ability in a very professional manor. So far ive had 3 private sessions and now feel confident enough to join the group setting. Ive progressed well in my sessions so far and look forward to continue training under Rorys guidence.”

The Self Defence Academy - Martial arts and self defence school
● Open“Jack (the instructor) leads pretty fun sessions combining technique, conditioning and for lack of a better term, mindset adoption (you need to get used to becoming aggressive and sharp in a dangerous situation). But don't get the fun side of the classes: Jack displays extreme ruthlessness and aggression in his demonstrations to the class (crucial in self-defense). He is also quite good at observing and correcting techniques when we are practicing. Also, the crowd attending is pretty friendly. So, all in all, really fun Krav Maga sessions in which you learn a lot. Highly recommended. This review is from an adult newbie in self-defense btw.”
