The place looks cosy, intimate and really warm with exposed brick walls and appropriate music, without falling into the stereotypical Italian cliché. Best of all they serve delicious pizza and even though I must say the average quality of pizza in London is so improved over the last few years, this is one you definitely don't want to miss out on. The lady that served us was really kind, friendly, with a genuine smile and contributed to a relaxed, lovely evening; it really makes a difference when you compare it to the big chain, anonymous, frenetic vibe of other places. Overall highly recommend and we will definitely be back soon!”

As a vegan I had as a starter the vegan breaded vegan mac and cheese gazette was the best vegan thing on their menu and I took the vegan salad. The salad was okay nothing special. In terms of vegan options there is 2 or 3 options but not very elaborated apart from this fantastic vegan mac and cheese. The service is good - the place is well cosy and is almost as crowded as central London. Booking recommended in evenings and weekends. Ps: Both waitresses are amazing especially the one with blue eyes. We.recommend the fruity red wine.”

The food could not be faulted. In fact, the only fault I could possibly find would be that the starter portions are FAR too generous. We will certainly be sharing starters on our next visit. Very varied menu and everything we had was cooked spot on. Cannot comment on the deserts as we were far too full to even look at the desert menu. All in all a fantastic and authentic Italian restaurant to have on your doorstep.”

Alex is a warm and attentive host with newbies(of Japanese cuisine), staff are genuinely supportive and informative about the stunning and tasty dishes. Also grateful for the recommendations to other bars in Amersham (The Beech house). Koyo is a worthy Japanese SUSHI experience, please book as space is limited. Food is freshly made and competitively priced. Alcohol is available, traditionally Japanese beers and wines as well as quality champagne and fine wines. Located 8mins walk from the Metropolitan train station. Though myself being a little lazy came by taxi from Uxbridge. Certainly worthwhile.”

I got the standard burger with grilled Cajun onions - this was an excellent addition to the burger! The fries were awesome too, lots of rosemary on them and they were cut with that ‘wave’ in them. Glad I tried this place instead of the usual town centre burger joint in Uxbridge. Also the drink options surprised me, san pelly cans and cream soda bottles were included in the meal deal. Burger meal with chips and bottled drink - £12. You should definitely try this place!”

I see some reviews say food has taken a while but everything is prepared fresh and from scratch, this isn’t pizza express where you’re in and out and they are always busy which is a testament to just how popular they are. For this type of food the price is very reasonable and the hosting is personal and fun. I’d recommend to anyone.”

Their menu is creative, they present Lebanese food in a modernised way which is really cool! They have an extensive healthy menu with dish names like "Eat like Schwarzenegger" which I found very creative. Was impressed with the Falafel, Moutabal and Shawerma dishes. With good marketing this place can be a popular Franchise. Tip to the restaurant would be to add the ingredients and calories to the healthy dishes, and improve the Humus recipe to be par with their Moutabal. Their seating and facilities are good and maintained, music wise they had adult Rap music so keep that in mind in case you don't like that or taking kids with you, if you ask them I am sure they will play something more family friendly.”

We ordered risotto pollo e fungi (chicken and mushroom risotto) and tagliatelle gamberi e aspargi (fettucine with prawns and asparagus) and they were absolutely nothing like we tasted before. Both were scrumptious and cooked to the right texture. Comfort food at its best! I recommend adding the red-pepper-infused olive oil while savouring their cuisines. The server/host Luca was especially friendly. He helped us with sprinkling cheese powder and pepper, then upon settling our bill, offered us complimentary Limoncello which tasted really delicate. If you’re ever in Twickenham, this is the place to check out for a cosy and warm dining experience.”
