“Had a wonderful dinner at Giggling Squid - Hornchurch. The decor was beautiful, the staff were friendly and the service was great. We visited on a Monday night and the restaurant was buzzing. We had the sharing platter for starters with prawn crackers, and the Thai melting beef, jungle curry and stir fry veg for our mains. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and will be returning soon.”

“Came here as saw it on Instagram that they're were taking up residency in the Garrison in Chelmsford. This was the BEST meal me and my boyfriend have had in a long time. We got the sharer platter which was a great price for all the food you got and a chance to try lots of different nuggets. Everything was exceptional! The owner was really friendly and even gave us a 10% discount card! Would 100% recommend and will be visiting frequently!”

“We celebrated my friend daughter's birthday there. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The food is amazing!!! We ate pizzas and pork belly with chips, carrots, and sweet spicy jam. It was very tasty! The atmosphere there is very nice, interior is simple and at the same time very unique and modern. Highly recommended!”

“Had dinner with family on Sunday. Was served by a lovely young lady who’s name I didn’t catch but she glasses in and her hair up. She was so friendly and helpful. The food was served fast and was delicious. Will definitely be returning.”

“Gorgeous, freshly made sushi. The sushi rice had a perfect consistency and the seafood toppings were quality. We also went for a tuna poke that was super fresh, varied and flavoursome. Good portion sizes and that saying "you pay for what you get" certainly rings true here. Top that all off with a very friendly (and competent) sushi chef. A most welcome addition to Hornchurch. Best of luck! UPDATE 14 Feb: just tried the chicken ramen. Stunning! Rich, gorgeous broth - one of the best I've ever had and rammed full of chicken, vegetable and noodles.”

“Honestly one of the best take aways I’ve ever been to!!! The flavours are soooo good and authentic! The pad Thai with beef was just so delicious, beef was so soft and I could still taste all the flavours of the pad thai in my mouth! The boa buns were just the perfect texture, I recommend the chicken, the contrast in texture between the bun and the fried chicken was just perfect. Overall 10/10 I would definitely recommend. The customer service was also great, which is the cherry on top for me. Will be returning soon.”

“There’s something about the garlic bread at Prezzo that makes you go wild. The combination of melted cheese, fragrant garlic and crispy bread is impossible to resist and is the best way to start off a meal. The Tre Gusti Pizza was delicious too, but I’m not sure it could beat the garlic bread!”

“Absolutely fabulous food. Takeaway was done within 10min. Food tastes lovely, great staff and clean premises. Small but very inviting place. And that someone moaned 20min is not acceptable? I don't find it that bad. Some posh places in London will make you wait that long. That's why my friend, you order drinks in a meantime and wait. Let's be glad, Elm Park has such good place.”

“We have been to this restaurant twice now and each time the service and friendly staff led by Sybil was fantastic. The team and Sybil are very attentive and the food is beautiful. The restaurant is clean very spacious and has beautiful decor . The prices are extremely competitive to other Turkish restaurants we have been too in Hornchurch. We live in Emerson park and this restaurant is very convenient to walk to. It surly is making an impact in Hornchurch as the restaurant was busy today . It is child friendly and there are disabled access and a disabled toilet . We sat outside and it was very hot sunshine but the canopies made good shade and comfortable seating. In fact we have booked again with Sybil today for the bank holiday weekend to go back as it is my wife’s birthday . We highly recommend this super restaurant. Thank you Sybil and team Ian & sharon”

“I visited it recently with a group of people on a Friday evening. We had a great tasty meal. All the food served was fabulous. The service was great. The staff were very efficient and the singer was a great addition to the evening. This restaurant has a good choice on the menu which is great value for money. Would I eat there again?My answer would be a YES!”

“What's not to love - excellent food at a great price!! I've eaten in and taken away at frencho's and have been thoroughly impressed both times. There's a noticeable difference when food is made with care, and the service is also top notch. Will definitely be recommending this place and suspect it will become a regular destination! Food could be a little spicier :p”

Best of all they welcome telephone orders. Finally all staff wearing masks or face shields with proper covid measures in place.”

“Love this place. Service is perfect. The food is amazing. We had only letdown when we finished our dinner and asked to go to the bar to order our drinks. In front of our drinks order been a waiting list of 50 drinks. Had no option just leave the bar.”

“I’ve been to Marley’s three times now and every time it’s absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly, helpful and the food is great. For the money, the portion sizes are huge. Definitely my new favourite place to go in Hornchurch!”

“Went here for the first time 3 weeks ago and I've been there for the last three Saturdays. I like it. Had really good food and really good service. I've given it 5 Stars because I think it's worth more than 4. Reasonable prices and the fact that you can take your own drink makes it a cheaper night. Definitely worth a try.”

I'm not a "foodie" or a curry expert but I do feel that the food, service and atmosphere at Uraswamys make for a great dining experience.”

“Been using Joyfull for years never had a bad meal did get wrong good once but these things happen was told that new owners had taken over and food was not that good but my own experience with what I have ordered as been no different from last owners. Still nice hot and fresh”

“Just enjoyed a lovely lunch at Onyx. Fabulous food and excellent service. Highly recommend the scallop starter and the pork cheek pasta and mussels, they also have delicious side dishes particularly the mushrooms, zucchini and spinach. Great choice of food and drink and our waiter whose name I didn’t catch but think he said K or Kai couldn’t do enough for us. Friendly, courteous and polite, I have nothing negative to say. Thank you, we had a great time.”

“I visited The Good Intent pub today for lunch with a friend, we was greeted at the bar by a very friendly young lady, who told us that we could take a seat where we wanted and to order at the bar. We grabbed some drinks while there and found a nice table at the top of the restaurant. We order our food and it arrived within 20 mins food was hot and tasted amazing. We have decided that we would 100% add this to our list of places to come in future. 5 stars from the both of us.”

“Lovely kebabs and really nice Pizzas, and its also the things like using paper bags for chips and nuggets instead of polystyrene that makes us use this place, my kids won't eat nuggets if they've been in polystyrene because they're always soggy! I don't know how other take aways don't realise some foods are just ruined unless they put them in paper or cardboard”

“Delicious food topped up with Impeccable service. Everyone in the staff from the front desk to the chef are extremely friendly and welcoming to the guests. We were well looked after by the multi-lingual, professional and polite manager - Sachin! You would not be disappointed if you travelled from a million miles away for the chicken biryani. The chef loves to surprise the guests with a special not-on-the-menu dish, in our case the achari chicken, karahi chicken, Tiger prawns curry is amazing and the bhindi masala is on the mark. I am looking forward to try their weekend with the family.”
