The pizza tastes like from fresh Italian pizza bakery this the best pizza now in hounslow town don't miss it and must try supper clean food and restaurant hygiene it's above 5 stars so friendly staff very nice and warm and cozy please suitable for pizza lovers and new lovers on a date, I can't believe that we have a place in hounslow with high test of pizza it reminds me Italy and best pizza on Italy restaurant. Nice to have you hear and thanks for the delicious pizza. Will bring my family and friends next time 100%❤”

“I visited the MoonRise restaurant a while ago and enjoyed the food and the service a lot. And while Moonrice seems to just be takeaway - the food quality is the same and was perfect for a quick food pick up while I was at Hounslow.”

“Great service and they have a good beer garden area with 6 seater cabins with heating and light and Tv. Very well looked after by the staff and they serve Indian food. The food from the starters to mains all cooked well and full of classic flavours and fresh. For starters we had Garlick Mogo, chicken pakora, tj special wings which were great with a crispy coating. Mains went for a lamb and chicken dish as well as a veg curry and rice and must say I will be looking to go again and this time do a full review with photos and videos.”

“Loved it. Food and service excellent. Butter Chicken Curry was a bit more spicy than I expected. All good food chosen to settle us before flying? Fast service too. I hated the bowl they served in though, as my cutlery would sweep round and slip into the food. *Please serve the bowls on a plate so that there is somewhere to put the cutlery in between mouthfuls? Staff were great once we made an effort but it was noticable that, until individually approached, none of them seemed very cheerful in their work? No toilets in an airport restaurant of course.”

“The queues for most food outlets was quite long but true the sprite of Itsu, the food came really quickly without any compromise on content or flavour As a vegan there is enough choice because there a meat, veggie and vegan version of each dish. Although space was limited, I managed to find a perch and tucked into my food. I chose the ‘Veggie Gyoza Noodle Bowl’ which is a vegan option. The noodle bowl was crammed full of big fat juicy noodles, veggies and seeds with plenty of large dumplings. Wether you preference is to eat with chopsticks, fork, spoon or Itay’s Spork, it’s always best to slurp the delicious, rich broth straight from the bowl when the food has been eaten. It left a lovely lingering flavour in my mouth which I can still taste and hour later as sit on the aircraft typing this up. I also had the ‘Jasmine Tea’ which liked but for those that don’t like a strong floral flavour, avoid it as it’s strong. For those that do, it’s worth it.”

“They have potato sticks for Bacalhau à Brás and coffee capsules for delta machines. Plus with a great quality pastel de nata and a “café cheio” for less than £3, i will definitely be coming back!”

“We had good timing so short queue. Advised of 20 minute wait for food - food actually arrived very quickly 10 minutes. Environment is pleasant, feels out of the rush. Food for a chain in an airport tastes great. Food presentation is also good. Staff prompt, polite and provide quick service.”

“Decent hotel considering it’s a 2 star hotel and located in zone 4. Good water drainage, fair water pressure, clean room with comfy beds, basic amenities available, about 5mins walk from Hounslow Central tube station and just few stations away from Heathrow terminals.”

“The last stop before you fly. Staff are always genuinely friendly, genuinely having a good laugh working there, and it creates a nice atmosphere in a place which has no right to have any. Food is nice, they try various new selections and such which is a good touch for a 'convenience' pub. Decor's done well, despite the industrial setting.”

“The full English, 2 pints is great for the price. The FOH was very polite and kind whilst taking me to my table. The lady who was serving me was extremely polite and had good vibes around her. I asked her name and it Anya? I think. A nice place to dine before boarding your plane.”

“Five star salads! Warning this review was from an American. We are waiting for our next flight after an overnighter from the US. This place seemed nice and comfortable to hang out for a few hours if needed. And they are. I started off with tea and coffee and then ordered our lunch. The tea was delicious but the coffee was just OK. We ordered the wonder everything: the wonder hamburger, the wonderslaw , and the wonder salad. We were originally worried that service would be super slow here but surprisingly it’s very effective. Not quite fast but definitely efficient. If you love salad and you’re a little adventurous then you should definitely try the wonder salad. I found the wonder burger fairly innocuous except the ham/bacon on top did add a lot of nice flavor. French fries were good too. The wonder slaw was very different from any slaws in the US. A little light on flavor but if you’d like red cabbage overall that’s a nice dish.”

“I was waiting for my next flight and was super hungry! I've always wanted to try an authentic English breakfast and found Giraffe. The reviews looked terrible! Only 2.9 out of 5 stars! I took a chance and was not disappointed! The food was great! Check out my picture! I paid 11.95 euros! Not a bad price for airport food!”
