“Had a great experience here last night with friends. There was 4 of us and 2 babies… they made sure they gave us a table with plenty of space for the pushchairs and were very accommodating. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and had a good atmosphere... also felt it was very reasonable price wise. There was also a few parking spots out the front too! Will definitely be visiting again!”

“A fantastic little restaurant almost hidden in the village. The outside is quite nondescript but once in you are welcomed warmly by all the staff. Some amazing dishes on the menu including their bruschetta rustica and the sea bass. Staff were quick, friendly and attentive.”

“A really excellent meal. The stand out dishes were our starters - beef carpaccio which was excellent and an equally good trout in Thai green curry. So good in fact that I forgot to take photos and just ate them instead! Did remember to take pics of the main course though.”

“Nice little cute restaurant. What makes it more interesting is the Italian manager or owner, who greets everyone and quickly decides your order for you. Each and every dish we had was good - the vibe at the restaurant was very positive. Recommended!”

“UPDATE I _think_ I visited here twenty years ago, however recent events and revelations suggest my recollection of the date I visited and other details may not have been as accurate as I had hoped. However I have now paid my bill in a full and agreed settlement, I hope this will close the matter. What remains certain is the quality of the food and service I received, as I wrote at the time: My daughter and her friends had a right Royal welcome and that was just the beginning - the service was fit for a Prince! And when I asked to change my order, the waiter said 'Dough balls with that sir? No sweat!' A truly memorable experience, I certainly won't forget this meal. And everyone was so discrete.”

“I found Okka last year whilst visiting a friend in Woking, and I’m visiting the same friend again so I’ve been here the last 3 nights. I normally don’t like being away from my home kitchen but I haven’t missed a thing, these guys are wizards with chicken and kofta. Fantastic flavour to the rice too. Of course the shisha is great and I will definitely be back”

“Amazing COZY atmosphere with super friendly staff. Food was excellent quality and taste, and prices are very reasonable. Will definitely visit again! Mixed grill was good and no bad smell or taste. Hummus with chicken was great and the rice is flavoursome too. All in all for 2 people we spent £30, well worth the money”

We popped down for Mother's Day and enjoyed the carvery with a group of 14. “Beautiful food and friendly service. Definitely and by a long way the best Indian takeaway in Woking in terms of the quality and the consistency of the food. The chef clearly cares about the quality of the food and is willing and able to make dishes that are spiced to personal preference. The sauces are not overrun with tomato and instead are beautifully spiced with rich flavours. The portions are generous and service is incredibly friendly - some of the genuinely friendliest and customer centred people I've met. The prices are very reasonable especially when considering the quality of the food. My favorite Indian takeaway in Woking.”

“Wonderful pub with great food, eaten in there with Friends a few times and always left happy the food is excellent as is the beer, I Normally go for the BBQ chicken wings with chips and I must say absolutely delicious and the pub has a good atmosphere and very friendly staff, we normally eat there at lunch during the week so not too busy, perfect, great pub.”

“A lovely meal! Since moving to the area we have been nothing but disappointed with the indians we have ordered. After looking at some reviews for Eastern Taste we decided to give it a go. Absolutely delicious, ordered the menu for 2 with some extra starters which was perfect for 3 adults and great value too. We will definitely be making this our regular.”

“Held a wake here recently and all the staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. We felt very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The buffet we had was lovely and there was a good range. “This visit the steaks were spot on, has to be said it is a bit hit or miss, as sometimes we go and its all great and other times food is being returned as steak not cooked to order or reduced quality of the meat, but we always come back eventually. staff are great i think the servers name is Sue we seem to have her all the time and shes great, more than helpful and friendly. Always top notch service fast and efficient and they dont rush you constantly like most places, so we have plenty of time to chat and enjoy are meal without being pestered.”
