“Great experience at Peloton Bluewater. Joshua has been amazing since day one. We originally visited the store to compare the bike and bike+. Joshua took the time to take us through the pro's and con's of both - not trying to sell the most expensive option, but what might be best for us. A few months later we were ready to order and Joshua helped process and track throughout. We unfortunately had to reject the first delivery due to a missing part, however Joshua was there every step to do what he could to get the bike redelivered quickly. My only recommendation to Peloton is to add an alternatively delivery service that can deliver outside of working hours/at the weekends.”

“We were visiting from Texas and my mother in law planned a trip here because my 7 year old son is obsessed with Birds of Prey. This was one of the most amazing experiences we had while in England and life long memories my son will have. The grounds are immaculately kept up, the birds and all animals are well taken care of. They have meerkats, pigs, goats, lambs, and huskies along with so many birds. The bird experience was amazing and watching their keepers explain in detail about each one made it incredibly fascinating. We will visit again in the future 1000%. There is a little playground on site and plenty of parking space available. Also the drive to the Eagle Heights is a breathtakingly beautiful one. Gorgeous views and it is close to a small little village like town.”

“Excellent customer service. Popped in on the off chance to explore their deals for holidays in September. Was greeted by a lady who checked us in and told us to return when they give us a call. Within 10 minutes we had a call and we was introduced to a lovely lady called EMILY who was happy to help us. Explained to Emily a few of our requests and we filtered through many holidays. After a few ifs and buts we eventually found a fantastic holiday for an excellent price too. “Burlanes did a great job on our family kitchen, dinning area with bar and utility room. We’d been mentally planning the kitchen for a few years so we had a clear vision - which Helen managed to bring to life with her design. The final result is a joy to cook, eat and relax in - we love it. As with any big build we had a few hiccups on the way but Josh was great in helping us out and persistently chasing down our missing appliances which were suffering from supplier delays. And a highlight was fitter Sam an absolute pleasure to have around the house - always a smile and a brilliant attention to detail. Thank you”

“In the days where it’s just as easy to go online and order from most companies, it’s the service from the staff that matters the most. I had been tasked with purchasing 10 suits for a work event, no mean feat considering half the wearers were not based in the UK. After an initial chat with Oliver he understood the brief and gave me all the information needed to hand to the relevant people. Once everything was passed back to me I could have simply ordered it online, had it not have been for the exceptional service I first received from Oliver, I wouldn’t have gone back. As it was, I did and ordered them all in store. Oliver is a credit to the business he was attentive, knowledgable and patient and is the sole reason I used the store and not online to make the transaction. I’ve been using CT for over 10 years now and this is by far the best in store experience I’ve had with them. I will be using in store far more now, rather than online for the reasons above. Just to mention, James was also very helpful in arranging the multi suit order and would like to recognise him also.”

“I love Centaur! If you currently commute from Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge or Sevenoaks by Southeastern on the train, you should seriously consider the coach. You get a seat, pretty similar commute time to Canary Wharf and none of the train pain! Oh, and it is much, much cheaper. The only real downside is they run less often so you have to some control of your leaving time or be willing to get a train home on occasion. They do free trial days, so definitely worth a try!”

We have been served by the store manager, and members of her team, including new staff at the beginning of their time with Schuh We have found the whole team in each and every instance we have used them to be consistently warm and friendly, and show patience even when obviously under pressure at busy times. I have never once felt like we were hurried or pressurised in any way. They always take the time to engage enthusiastically with the children and parents. As to pricing nothing is excessively priced in comparison to other retailers. Seriously well done to all at Schuh Kids Bluewater! .”

The in-store cafe is airy, the coffee good and the cake selection even better. Best to get to the store early as it can get quite busy.”
