“I had a great service from Oliver, I couldn't decide which pair for Vans to choose, but Oliver explained the differences like one had cushion back heel and the other one didn't. So i ended up choosing the one with the cushion back heel. I was also explaining to him that, i always like everything in doubles/pairs so i ended up buying a black pair and navy pair of Vans. Oliver was very approachable and friendly, I was on my way to the Beach and I stopped to buy a few things. Oliver was so nice and with a big smile he even told me to have a great day at the beach. “Clarks really came through for me today- returned a pair of school shoes which were purchased in February this year (unworn, hadn't even come out of the box and had receipt still) and they happily allowed an exchange and partial refund for the difference.
