“We were introduced to Ali from Theo at the marble group. We arranged a meeting with Ali and he came over to our house. From the moment we met Ali we were sure we wanted to work with him. He took time out to understand what we were looking for in our kitchen and he listened to our every need. Our meetings from then onwards were like talking to family. He made everything so simple to understand as well as making valuable recommendations. He helped source our appliances with complete honesty on price and quality. With any renovation there are so many delays and issues but Ali accommodated the kitchen never causing any issues or delays himself. He worked with our builder in our absence and we had complete trust in him and his team. He delivered even during the pandemic ensuring all design and fitting was done safely. Any last minute changes were made promptly and hassle free. He honestly made this process so easy and brought back the excitement that was lost during a very stressful time. “Jay has transformed our kitchen. He has created a modern,spacious kitchen with stylish units and creative lighting. Units are high quality and the contrasting colours provide the perfect finish. We were happy to follow Jay’s advice on choices of appliances. The Bora hob is just amazing. Inevitably, due to sourcing issues, there were some delays in getting all of the appliances but Jay kept us fully informed and we were all able to maintain a good sense of humour throughout. We are delighted with what is now our new favourite room in the house. Jay’s team of craftsmen also deserve praise for an excellent job well done. “Superb service, we were after a new kitchen (summer 2020) and were walking through Sevenoaks where we saw their shop, after calling to book a introduction meeting we were paired with Ben who helped us to design our perfect kitchen, we had some pretty unique requests such as bench seating and boiler covering cupboards but Ben worked through this and we managed to see the kitchen in VR (which really brought it to life) after confirming everything this was booked in with their fitting team (who were amazing, clean and tidy and worked around our extension builders) everything was communicated well and the project was completed on time. There were a few small hiccups along the way (covid and suppliers) but Schmidt were excellent keeping us up to date and chasing these for us. Not as cheap as some other options but its true you get what you pay for, the the quality of the kitchen and service of the fitters and Schmidt managing the project are worth the extra. Cannot recommend highly enough and know where I will be going when we decide to update our bedroom furniture.”

“Based in a take-away kitchen complex we weren’t sure what we were expecting but it was some of the best food we’ve had in a long time. This was my first experience of Hyderabadi style Indian and it won’t be my last! We collected so got a discount and they were so nice to deal with. Definitely recommend.”

“Our Braverman Kitchen project has just been completed and we are absolutely delighted with it. The original designs were fantastic - and in truth, we didn't think the finished project would look exactly like them or even as good as them. But they did. In fact, we were even more impressed. The quality, layout, appliances and finishing touches are superb. The worktop really finished it all off and we love the hidden cupboard with the pull out tray too!! However, aside from the finished kitchen, it is the service level which was even better. The whole experience was excellent and the service extremely efficient from start to finish - not just from Charles himself, but the whole team including the fitters. Nothing was too much trouble. “Vogue Kitchens was just one of the places we wanted to check out for our then forthcoming kitchen extension. But after just one meeting with them, we cancelled all our other appointments as we knew they were the one. They are a family run business and the care and attention they give to you, reflect that. We first met with Danila, who was simply wonderful. The design of our kitchen was super collaborative, and she had some great ideas to make our tick list work as well as possible. She was also at the end of a phone or email always, so we never felt abandoned, and no matter how many changes we made, she was always so accommodating and patient. She was fantastic. The kitchen itself is gorgeous, and is quite frankly, our dream kitchen. Every aspect of it was dealt with by Danila, and the end result is stunning. What is really important however, is the after sales service. When there was a problem with our Sub Zero appliance, one of the owners, Jo, fought our corner, and went up against Sub Zero in no uncertain terms, in order to sort it out, and it was. Louise was also regularly checking in with us to make sure everything was ok. They were all so good. Problems can occur, and that’s fine, but how they’re handled is what’s important. With Vogue Kitchens, you will have peace of mind, and a genuinely enjoyable experience, with a stunning kitchen at the end. We also have a utility room with a small kitchen; when we end up renovating that room, we’ll be going straight back to Vogue Kitchens!”

When we walked in to your shop, Miranda was so welcoming and explained how to choose the right worktop. She was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us a nice tour in the workshop. John spent a good amount of time to do the measurements for the worktop. He asked me some valuable questions about how I would like the worktop to be which helped me to choose everything I wanted. He went above and beyond to match the quartz worktop design to our kitchen. I was quite stressed about the worktop been installed but when Tarek and his team entered our home with great confidence, instantly my worries were over. They were extremely cautious with their work and took care of everything as if it was their own home. They finished the entire installation with great care and respect. They were extremely polite, friendly and very pleasant to speak with. The entire team gave a lovely stress-free and enjoyable experience to us.”

“Guys, honestly, this is great place to go, if you want new kitchen. We have decided to go for Nolte kitchen. Our very friendly designer Stefano patiently support us through whole process from start to finish. I must highlight quality of customer service and fitter's quality. Sharaz (our fitter) did amazing job. I am bit fussy about tiny details, but this guy who fitted our kitchen scored 10 out of 10. He has very good eye for a detail. We have few bespoke items what has been were nicely designed, nicely made and fitted. Thank very much to the whole CKB team, special thanks go to Stefano and Sharaz.”
