“I came across Baabul while looking for a Shwarni for an Indian wedding. From entering the store it was obvious these are people who dealing with quality. They were not carrying my size and I had to be in India 3 weeks later, Dimpy immediately took my measurements, made a call to their store in Mumbai and arranged for a suit to be altered to my size AND to be delivered to me at the airport!! Honestly, this is hands down the best customer service I have ever received. I was given everyone's phone numbers and kept updated about the progress of the alterations. I felt calm and assured that everything will be done on time and to a high standard. The gentleman who delivered the suit to me was waiting at the airport was very kind and communicative in the days leading to my arrival.
