“Went to Dreams to buy a new mattress after visiting other retailers who did not give me much help when it came to choosing one.I bought my bed from Dreams so don't know why I didn't go there straight away (the bed is great, an ottoman with lots of storage).At the shop I was greeted by Fran he was very helpful and conducted a sleep study using a bed in-store designed to check body weight and sleeping position to decide on firmness of mattress that would be most comfortable, after this I was able to try different beds recommended. The manager in-store at Watford a gentleman call Mustafa was helpful and offered lots of advice regarding the purchase of a mattress and different mattresses available and what to expect from them all.I also purchased a mattress protector and couple of memory foam pillows (although after using them for just over a week find them too hard for me and unfortunately I don't have packaging so can't return them).Delivery was quick and the guys that bought the new mattress were extremely polite and very helpful.I am still breaking in this mattress and have only slept on it for a couple of nights but if it's uncomfortable there is a guarantee of 40 days so it may be returned and another mattress purchased but I am hoping this will not be necessary. Excellent service from Mustafa and Fran at Dreams Watford Branch. Well the 40 day sleepwear policy is a complete ripoff I had to change the bed and the company offers NO REFUND so you have to get a new bed choose one a cheaper price and lose money lots of clauses really BAD .Don't understand why policies are different online and in-store it's the same company. Great staff in-store but extremely poor customer service dept DREAMS EXPLAIN YOUR GUARANTEE FOR SWAPPING IN 40 DAYS TO ALL CUSTOMERS IN DEPTH BEFORE THEY COMMIT TO PURCHASE.”

“We had excellent service from Linda. The furniture is really high quality and the staff were very helpful and knowlegable. We had time, space and help to make our decision. We were guided through options and felt we were being helped to find the sofa that meets our needs and our budget, there was no pressure or upselling. A really positive experience. There is a long lead time on delivery, but we feel that has been clearly communicated to us in an upfront way. We know how to get in touch if we need to and what to expect regarding communications during manufacture and delivery. We are really looking forward to getting our lovely sofas.”

“Great service delivered by the guys at Watford DFS. I was initially greeted by Humza who introduced me to Kalpa. She said she would assist me on purchasing the sofas I wanted. Straight away she offered me a cup of tea or coffee. She told me to take a seat on the sofa I was looking to buy and she was going to get my coffee and get a tablet so she could order my sofa. Have to say Kalpa's customer service was absolutely amazing. She was very polite and engaging. Explained everything in detail, showing me different quality of fabric which I could choose from. Just felt really reassured with everything she was saying. It didn't sound like a generic sales pitch, but very personal taking into account everything I was saying. Explained the process from delivery, finance and the warranty of the sofa. Honestly I could go on. Just a great team of people who just made everything simple. From Humza, Kalpa and Brian, it just felt I knew them a lot longer than just meeting them on the day. They are a great asset to DFS and we need people like them more in all retail. They were all so patient with us and their help and guidance was invaluable. Over the years since having our kitchen fitted, Timberfusion have put a new Corian top on our kitchen table and made us a freestanding unit to match the rest of the kitchen. Seven years later we are still enjoying our fabulous kitchen!”

“Our Braverman Kitchen project has just been completed and we are absolutely delighted with it. The original designs were fantastic - and in truth, we didn't think the finished project would look exactly like them or even as good as them. But they did. In fact, we were even more impressed. The quality, layout, appliances and finishing touches are superb. The worktop really finished it all off and we love the hidden cupboard with the pull out tray too!! However, aside from the finished kitchen, it is the service level which was even better. The whole experience was excellent and the service extremely efficient from start to finish - not just from Charles himself, but the whole team including the fitters. Nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to everyone involved.”

“We've had 2 kitchens from Alba Interiors! We had a beautiful Schuller kitchen designed and fitted by Alba in our previous house, which we loved and were very sad to leave behind. So when we moved to a period house in need of a major update we knew straight away we wanted to use Alba again for a complete kitchen renovation. Once again the whole process has been a joy and we're delighted with the result! This time we wanted a more classic feel so we chose a British Shaker style kitchen which complements the original features of the house perfectly. Dawn and the team produced a brilliant design to fit around an original fitted dresser and advised on all the finishing touches. Despite Covid challenges the process was impressively fast, smooth and stress-free. The fitting and installation was perfect and all the team on site were super friendly, tidy and respectful. We couldn't ask for more, it's been another fantastic experience and we would heartily recommend Alba to anyone looking for a beautiful new kitchen with quality service.”

“Visited Sunday 19/06/22 specifically for remoska racks I brought both the standard and the grand racks £9;99 £10:99 respectively I brought them for my combination microwave oven as the rack was missing as this was brought second hand but totally brand new and only £25:00 from British heart Foundation shop Hemel Hempstead Herts well worth the train fare. yes some stuff is a bit dearer than other places but I've never been let down by the quality with any products plus there a very few kitchen accessories shops anywhere and not all of us like or want to order online and I used both racks yesterday and again today I wish I could give more stars”
