“We have been going to this pet shop since they opened, 10+ years ago! The two ladies are the most lovely people, they always remember us and our dog is spoilt with a little treat upon entry (which may be why he drags us all along the high street to get to the pet shop!!). They will go above and beyond to help with any enquires and you can tell they really care! There is a great community spirit about them, always getting involved in neighbourhood activities- plus at Christmas, they have a beautiful window snow display. The shop is also spotless! I highly highly recommend them!”

I’ve bought almost all my new jewelry in recent years from Mill & Way and also had a many family pieces restored, upgraded or turned into something new. I first worked with Abi to fix a 120 year old family ring that had been damaged and had a missing gemstone. All other jewelers I had approached refused the job because they said any repair was likely to damage the structure of the ring. Abi knew exactly how to work with this type of antique piece and restored it using the original techniques that had been used to make the ring in the first place. The ring was so beautiful it literally brought tears to my mother’s eyes. Abi is amazing to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and is able to source beautiful high quality gemstones to fit any project / vision / idea. A true artist who always makes creative and smart recommendations. I always look forward to seeing her and visiting her unique space on Eel Pie Island. It’s incredibly unique and beautiful.”

“My Husband(William) and his brother went to Twickenham on 28-05-2022, for the HSBC 7, they took the opportunity to visit (the wee Stoop). William's favourite club, bought a few items from the shop was served by store assistant with blonde hair, who was extremely helpful, store was stocked well except for the current home shirt, managed to complete my day by getting a few photographs of the stadium. Nice Store, for the size will be hectic on match days. Well worth the trip from Scotland.”
