“I have been seeing Lama at 'The Hampton Wick Dental Centre' for the past year after previously being with another private dentist near to my home in Farnham. I was in need of an implant due to a loss of a prominent tooth and was beside myself as it was quite obvious when I smiled. I was told by two previous dentists that it would not be possible! I was recommended to go and see Lama at Hampton Wick but considering this would be a 70 mile round trip I was unsure whether it was pratical. Out of desperation I eventually did visit and was absolutely delighted when Lama said an implant was quite feasible! I was so delighted and relieved. The one thing I was really happy about was that at this practice everything is done under one roof as opposed to other Private dentists sending me on to other practices they work with if they could not sort out a particular problem. I found the welcome from Ron her husband who manages the practice and front desk and Lama herself to be so welcoming and quick to put your mind at ease, it is a comfortable setting and Lama herself as a dentist is kind, compassionate, professional and very gentle. I eventually had the implant which went so well, no problems at all, I absolutely love my new tooth!! Since then I decided to invest in invisilign as where I had lost some back teeth my teeth had begun to shift leaving unsightly gaps, this is one of the best investments I have ever taken for myself. The difference is amazing leaving me with a beautiful smile which I had completely stopped using previous to the treatment!! This is the first time I can honestly say that my mouth, teeth and gums have been in such good condition! I cannot recommend this practice enough, I would drive a 100 miles or more to see Lama and Ron, I think when you have a family practice which this is, you get that complete care and commitment and quality of service for a fraction of the costs I was previosly paying! However, the previous reception staffs had an unhelpful and uncaring attitude, and were letting the practice down. Now, the two new young reception ladies seems to have what was missing, a helpful and caring attitude towards all the patients and also a welcoming smile. “Mrs Patel has been great to my little brother of 6 years old during this Corona period. With Tooth pain, as an adult, I would be able to handle it, but when it effects a child for days or weeks, its horrible. Mrs Patel has always gone over and beyond in agreeing to emergency appointments to going out of her way sometimes, or working out of hours. She is really good with children, and knows how to reassure them. She also takes the time to explain the tooth issue. If your seeing this Mrs Patel, please bring the stickers back for the kids :)”
