Shimmee answered phone and email queries incredibly promptly (so important!) and proactively kept us informed of next steps and helped us understand the process (we were first time buyers). Nothing was too much trouble. The fixed price was also reassuring, as was Shimmee's cheerful nature and good sense of humour!”

“Our server was a nice gentleman, unfortunately did not get his name. Went with family, for a reunion of sorts. Visiting from Canada, so I've never been here. Ordered the set menu. Tomato soup (it was alright, a tomato basil or a tomato bisque would have been better), the imam's bayild (the topping was amazing, not the biggest egg plant fan), and the cheese for dessert (chutney on the sweet side). Would certainly come back and try something new. Coffee a little on the tart/sour side.”

“Beano's in the Guldhall institute in Guildford. Vegan Cafe with a delicious Menu choice, full of flavour and amazing price . Seriously worth a visit even if you are Just passing through. I'd recommend it to everyone even if you're not vegetarian.”

“Food is always delicious and arrives as hot as if I made it at home. The sides are some of the best I’ve had from a takeaway. Highly recommend the chicken wings and the garlic dough balls. Also, use their website and not just eat. It’s a little cheaper as just eat add their own taxes etc. their website also have loyalty points and different deals available.”

“Amo is brilliant, had many piercings done by her and it is always such a good experience, she's so friendly and really puts you at ease. The piercings have all healed perfectly and she obviously really understands the importance of individual anatomy in terms of piercings, which some previous peircers I've been to definitely haven't! The selection of jewellery she has is beautiful and the prices are very fair. I've now moved away to a different city but I still wouldn't go to anyone else, I'll wait until I'm around Guildford and go to her, trust her 100% and can't recommend enough!”

“I went into The Secret Garden this afternoon on my lunch break with no idea what I was looking for (and it was also my first time in a florist!). The shop owner was so friendly and helpful, she helped me put together a beautiful bunch of flowers within my price range. I'll definitely be going back!”

“This is probably the best Japanese (and Korean) food in Guildford. We like it so much that we went twice a week apart. Staff are very hospitable, not too long to wait for food, food tastes delicious and fresh. We'll probably go again soon. Best to book ahead as both times the place was very packed.”

“Fabulous diner last night. Beautifully decorated restaurant, very clean, nice atmosphere. Very friendly and attentive staff, perfect service. (From arrival to getting our starters served was only 15 min) Menue was varied, with meat and plant based options. Food was outstanding, very tasty and beautifully presented. The barber asked carefully what I wanted, and seemed to be very careful and focused the entire time he was at work. From experience, it's difficult to find a decent barber in this part of London so I was happy to have found this place.”

“Love it!! I received a wrapped single rose for Valentines day and I'm love it! It's gorgeous and the wrapping is lovely; I've paid more for single roses in the past and the wrapping could have definitely been improved. Such good value for money and extremely friendly service. I will definitely be coming here for all my future flower orders. 10/10!”

“The hotel is an amazing large old building with lots of nooks and crannies. Great garden. Looks a good venue to have a wedding. Food is good in the restaurant and service is good but can be a bit slow. This is tucked away from the main road.”

Explain how was just popping in before was due on a first aid course, so nice not to be shoved in a corner with a coffee and left, she made me feel actually good about myself, I also returned at lunch time was greeted by the same lady, I’d like to pass on my thoughts that she was very sweet and took time with her customers x I will go back again great customer service x”
