“This is the second time I have been to this well stock store, once to buy plastering trowel which the owner took his time to insure i was well looked after, i specifically wanted a stainless steel marshalltown and even though they all say stainless steel this is not the case. Second time was for plumbing equipment and on both occasions the customer service was exceptional, the owner dropped the price for my trowel and second time gave me free washers cause I wasnt sure they were the right size so thank you very much for your kind services... I would recommend this supply store to everybody”

After 31 days after invoice (so presumably after the query period) I realised the office trays hadn't arrived. I rang the office and they advised they would investigate. I got a replacement delivered the next working day with email confirmation. Great, easy customer services and would definitely use again.”
