He took time to take us through all of the options available. There was absolutely no pressure selling, which allowed us to make our decisions unhurried and calmly. Ultimately, we got the great furniture we wanted and would recommend anyone looking for quality furniture to pay them a visit.”

“I just want to say a massive thank you to Maria from the home department from me and both my children, you helped us massively tonight! I had an express order supposed to come between 1 and 2pm which showed as delivered and hadn’t actually came and I was worried about my children’s dinner being on the plate. Maria spoke to my family all day and helped my dad to the van with all the shopping she also gifted me flowers, sweets for my kids and upgraded some of my items as a kind gesture! “I visited this nail shop yesterday for the first time. It was such a lovely experience. On arrival, I was offered a hot drink which they even made again after I’d let it go cold. I had a full pedicure with gel polish and and a soak off a full set. The nail technician assigned to me was a vent named Kevin who is such an amazing artist. He wiped off and redid the nail design I wanted until I was 100% happy and spent ages trying to find the perfect nude for my skin tone. This is definitely not a ‘one size fits all’ salon, I could tell from how long Kevin and I spent choosing my base colour and how welcoming they were when an older gentleman came in to do a pedicure. I felt totally comfortable and got a super detailed and dramatic set not to mention feet baby soft x Definitely my new nail shop x The manager was so lovely as well she basically created a design from her mind and explained it to Kevin Overall perfect experience !”

“I Purchased a sofa suite from this store. Mr Khan was brilliant absolutely and fantastic . he was so helpful. we have had the sofa delivered and as we were renovating we did not open it until about 5 weeks after delivery. he has been so accommodating and has asked me to email the store so that he can help me get the cushions even after the delivery. fantastic service all round and i would always buy from DFS ROMFORD STORE because of the help and service provided by Mr Khan. Five stars all the way!!!!!!!!”
