"Poor experience a doctor that doesn't see a patient unless book an advance appointment, it is simply ridiculous. If someone goes to a GP is because in needs to be visited face to face not over a phone or worst be redirected to a hospital causing huge queue and infinite waiting time."
"It is my repeated experience with the admin here that hospital referrals don't happen unless you keep chasing them and even then they send them to the wrong hospital, even when said hospital themselves is chasing the referral! Literally took almost 9 weeks from GP appointment to get them to send a referral and they didn't send it to the right hospital. They still haven't sent another referral 10 weeks from the same appointment. Reception staff refused to give me the complaints procedure or an email address to complain to, despite my pointing out that this is required in line with NHS policy posted on their website. I could say more but it will depress you and me!"
"Cannot even get through. I have called 11times this morning at 9.20am onwards and always engaged. I need an appointment of any sort even over the phone. But this proves they are clearly not there for the patients need them most. This is my first time calling since the new merger. I am extremely disappointed. I have been with them for over 13years..."
