Very friendly staff who cannot do enough and the dance teachers are one in a million!”

At Your Beat Studio
“AYB is like a little family that is constructive, helpful and so brilliantly encouraging. I've been dancing for a long time but I stopped with I reached adulthood (mostly due to finding adult classes a bit sterile or not very amicable). AYB is a WHOLE different story. My first in person class, I felt like a part of the team. It's super inclusive, super friendly and super motivating. Highly recommend joining the squad!”
Natalia Kremen Ballet School
“The best ballet school for children and young adults in London! It is run very professionally, all teachers are very knowledgeable and serious about the students’ progress, the level is incredibly high and Natalia Kremen’s personal guidance and support is invaluable . The success rate in gaining places in the top professional schools speaks for itself, but it is also a fantastic place and training for those children who “just” want to dance for fun! Highly recommend.”
MS Dance
“Learning to dance is an incredibly rewarding experience that offers numerous physical and mental benefits. Learning a specific dance style like salsa improves your general dancing abilities, and the process can be both fun and challenging. Magda will help improve your coordination, technique, musicality, flexibility, and overall fitness. If you are a beginner or you've done a few drop-in classes, I recommend taking classes with Magda as she will quickly boost your self-confidence and help you develop a greater appreciation for music and rhythm. Whether you're looking to socialise, build up to performance level, or wish to have fun and meet people, learning to dance with Magda is a great way to get active and explore your creativity. Highly recommended.”
UKDC (UK Dance Connexion)
“For the past year, I've been learning to dance Brazilian Zouk and I can safely say, this school is easily one of the best dance schools to learn in. Everything from the venue, the facilities, the events, the styles and, most importantly, the teachers and students are incredible. You will instantly feel welcome here and you will be taught with a lot of attention, care and dedication by Pedrinho and Linda and their team. If you want to be a good dancer, then this is the place to do it. Looking forward to seeing you on the dance floor. ;)”
Funky Mambo (Salsa Classes)
“The best weekly Salsa venue in London, uk for mambo/salsa on2 (Mambo/NY style) dancers with great music, friendly people, very good level of dancers, fantastic dance floor and excellent lessons. Highly recommended.”
Katie Cox Dance Studio
“I can highly recommend, as my daughter has been dancing with KCDS for 10 years. The teachers are very likeable and professional, which has helped with confidence building, both within the dance school and externally. The range of classes is fantastic, offering something for everyone. There’s the opportunity to take part in a bi-annual show, which everybody enjoys. It’s a great opportunity to show parents and friends everything you’ve been learning.”
Tango Integral
“Great atmosphere and wonderful way of teaching. Dani is really passionate about tango and fully dedicated to making students progress in a deep manner. Classes are not just about learning new moves but about grasping and feeling the fundamentals behind Tango. Highly recommend it !!!”
Flamenco Academy
“If you want to learn the perfect art of flamenco then Ollie is the perfect teacher. He's a superb dancer and exceptionally skilled in his craft. He has a true passion for flamenco and this is reflected in class. As a teacher he’s incredibly inspiring and encouraging and I love his attention to detail (he hears and sees everything!) Ollie cares about teaching correct technique, posture, rhythm and he most definitely has the ability to get the best from his students. His classes are challenging and great fun. You’ll be fully immersed in flamenco, with lovely people, and come away feeling energised and looking forward to the next class! Absolutely recommend The Flamenco Academy.”

Fleur Estelle Belly Dance
“Are you interested in learning belly dance in a professional, fun and nurturing environment? I guarantee you that Fleur Estelle Dance School ticks all the boxes! I discovered the school in 2008 when I attended a beginners drop-in class with Fleur on a whim, and have made it my "home" ever since. They offer a variety of courses, catering to different levels so you can explore various styles, props and fusions. If you're interested in performing, you have the opportunity to show off the choreography you learn in class at the end of term shows (if you choose to) and discover the glamour of the belly dance stage. The teachers are amazing - talented, inspuring, and encouraging. They make the classes enjoyable and help you grow on your journey by gently taking you out of your comfort zone, as well as giving you constructive feedback in a kind manner. The students are also friendly and supportive, making for a really lovely community. You won't regret trying it out :-)”
EnoDanse
“Our three-year-old started classes with Enora last term, and Saturday morning "dance class" is the highlight of her week. She adores Enora and compares her to "kind Miss Honey" from Matilda. It's tricky to find classes for such a young age group, and Enora seems to have struck the right balance of teaching them little tips and techniques, making the classes engaging with ribbons, props, dress-up days and simple choreography, and importantly -- fun (our little one is all about the weekly sticker she receives). She loves to talk about dance class to her friends and family, and we're looking forward to a little showcase later in the year now in-person events have resumed.”
X7eaven Productions Ltd
“X7eaven is a performing arts school that includes dancing, singing, drama and more. This community is full of loving, caring people. It’s a good place to meet new people doing something that you’ll enjoy. Furthermore they provide many opportunities.”
FieldWorks Dance
“I attended beginner ballet class with Natasha and it was a good way to go back into ballet after years of stop! The teacher is amazing and the space is very nice and clean!”
Olga & Filippo Tango
“Filippo is a truly fantastic teacher. There are no shortcuts in his teaching philosophy- the priority is building a rock-solid basis and working on principles rather than on sequences and choreography. The lessons are intense, he's completely focused on the student- Filippo listens, observes, tries. His feedback is always spot-on and constructive. Not only that I can see improvement in my dancing, it's been also noted by several leader and I think that says it all. Learning with Filippo is hard work, but it pays off very soon- I can only recommend!”
Tanguito, Argentine Tango Academy
“An absolute delight to learn Tango at Tanguito!! Bruno’s way of teaching just makes it easy and enjoyable to learn. Both the classes and the private lessons are structured with a lot of attention to details, professionalism, care and love for tango. I’m very happy and highly recommend!!”
Harlequins Theatre School
“My daughter does Harlequins after-school at her primary school and recently did the summer school. She absolutely loved it, a range of activities in addition to the singing, dancing and drama. She didn't know anyone and they made so much effort to make her feel at ease. Thanks so much!”
Shimmi Shake Dance Studio
“I moved in Bromley nearly one year ago. I never thought that I would find such a great dance school (with a history of ~30yrs) near to where I live. Really pleased that I found Shimmi Shake for my 3 year old daughter. Professional and lovely teachers with great results on their students. The show was held last week and it was absolutely amazing and rewarding to watch (including my daughter’s perfomance ☺️). My daughter loves it and loved the show too-she wants to do it again! I would recommend Shimmi Shake to parents.”
Angelina Jandolo Dance - Greenwich
“I attend the adult contemporary jazz class & I cannot recommend it enough! If you are thinking you would like to give it a go do not hesitate. The classes are well structured & prepared. The weekly choreography is well pitched & always gives you a good challenge, you leave the class on a high with a sense of achievement & a smile on your face. The teacher, Elodie, never falters in her enthusiasm, passion & commitment to the class & helping all her students to improve & grow in confidence, thank you!”
Nutcracker Ballet School
“Excellent Ballet school! Miss Narangi, the teacher, is very professional, friendly, supportive and patient. This school has individual approach towards every child. “My daughter is 4 and has loved every moment of her time at ESDA. The lessons are fun and the teachers are great, so enthusiastic with the children. She has recently participated in their dance show in front of loads of people which she was made to feel so relaxed about and loved the experience. 100% recommend try them now for your children”
SA Dance
“My daughter has attended this dance school since she was 3. It is an excellent school - the teachers are very caring but also have high standards, and there are opportunities to perform in shows. During the lockdown period video lessons were provided, and now there are numerous special days and events which help the children's enthusiasm.”

Arabian Rose Belly Dance
“I joined Arabian Rose in 2018 and have been learning with Sandra throughout this period (including classes during lockdown). I started in level 1 and have been in level 4 for some time now. Arabian Rose is well run and organised. The classes are excellent; Sandra is a very skilled teacher and absolutely passionate about dance. Her choreographies are beautiful and creative.. and it’s all so enjoyable! With every course, I learn something and hopefully I improve a little bit. I never danced before, but dance at Arabian Rose is for everyone and I intend to continue for a long time.”
