“I’ve been trying to be more environmentally conscious these days so I was SO chuffed when I found out there was a zero waste shop in Watford! I love going in to refill my snack jars, and I might grab a cheeky flapjack whilst I’m there. The staff are super friendly and are so knowledgable. They’ve recently started selling coffee which is so convenient (just make sure you remember to bring a refillable coffee cup). Thank you Refillabell team!”

“Clean, Tidy , humble store ! Love the atmosphere. All items are reasonably priced. Compare them to other Persian/ Iranian super markets in London. The owners Nez and Peyman are so polite and kind towards their customers. They always smiling ! Which is great. All products are fresh and great quality as I mentioned before they don’t rip you off ! It is great that they don’t force you to pay by cash ( like other Iranian supermarkets, we all know why lol ). They accept all cards . Everything you need in your local off license . The cafe section is ace. Owner’s daughter running the Cafe section ! Great Coffees and smoothies . Butcher section : Fresh meats and chickens always available at great price Veg and fruits: Fresh and organic and cheap Over all fantastic Family run business. “The blonde lady who assisted me was very lovely and friendly ( sorry to not know your name ). My printer didnt work anymore so I had to print my shipping label in the shop , she assisted me and been patience also had a good vibe when I spoke to her on the phone. It's nice to finally see someone who has a good energy in their work environment. Thank you”

“Lovely new store. Shelves full of some known brands alongside some foreign brands. Prices are really cheap and great value for money. Instore bakery is really well stocked and has little veg pizzas which tasted really lovely. Easy to navigate around the store. Pushchair friendly. Clear signs for all the aisles. Not a big range of bread when I visited but the prices are really good. Less than 50p for a large loaf. Will buy one to try next time I’m there. They have loads of tills but only one or two open. I used the self check out which was really easy. Will visiting a few times a week I think to get some fantastic bargains. Not a lot of veg options in the freezer section. Only one type of veg burger that I don’t like. Loads of ice creams and desserts. The entrance is down the side and there is parking available in an underground car park. 55 spaces I think.”

“Fully stocked and the deli.area is very clean. I bought italian salami cut in front of me which other super markets dont sell just slices in plastic box. Need to provide info in English for people who dont speak Romanian. Ladies in cashier need to smile. I will go again for the deli section.”

“Shops offers a lot of good food variety which you can not find at a large big grocery company. Fresh vegetables, fruits and meats are very good selections and good value for money. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They have freshly baked baguettes and some alcohol and beers even some teas and coffees. You don't need to go to a big grocery shop, they all have it here.”
