Howard immediately swung into action, arranged to have a brand new replacement fridge delivered the next day and even put me in contact with someone who would install it, as it is an integrated fridge freezer. Throughout, he was polite, friendly and very helpful. I can't speak highly enough of the level of service. It is not often that you come across someone so willing to help and who not only does so, but does it quickly and without fuss. 5 stars all the way.”
