“Have dined a number of times and never been disappointed. As it was bonfire night a friend and I decided to get a takeaway. The food was beautiful, hot, with all the right spices, making it the same as if dined in. What was exceptional was that 2/3 minutes after opening the takeaway bag I realised that one item was incorrect but as we liked this starter anyway we decided not to bother to do anything. However the phone went and panorama rang, full of apologies and sent a driver out with the item we had ordered. I said it didn’t matter but they insisted. I thought this was great customer service. I was shown the progress as we went along and this gave me enormous reassurance of a good outcome. “We cancelled our Tempur mattress order from a well known department store after discovering a Cool touch version of the same Sensation elite model which was exclusive only to Dreams. Our Superking bed was not only £100 cheaper, there were also 2 free tempur pillows, and other offers totalling to £210 discount. Ioana at the WoT store was brilliant, got us to try the Sleep match bed which confirmed our selection and was very careful about helping us try the mattresses hygienically which was important to us. Our mattress was delivered in just 1 week by Dreams own delivery crew Matt and Craig who were brilliant in handling the very heavy mattress and removing our old mattress calling us twice before delivery. Really didn't expect such a pleasant experience buying a mattress!”

Big money they leave in big shops, but if something is missing, we all go to local, most knowing that experience will be quite bad or so so, and it was. Till they employed ginger haired guy (sorry- I don't remember his name). Long ginger hair. He has made it so much better. Quick, nice, professional, unlike chatty members of staff and what is most important really helpful and informative. He has remembered I just to buy old holdborn original, that was not available for some period of time in this shop. Had yellow holborn that I dislike. During my last shopping, at the checkout I was told that the one I smoke is now available. I know, it's a tiny thing, but these tiny things make our experience in local shops so much better. Now I feel, like it is my local shop to go. Thank you.”
