“Lee has covered three jobs at my home - replacing and installing new kitchen sink, new vanity bathroom sink unit, and replacing floor grouting in bathroom. I am extremely pleased with the work he did as it was all completed to a very high standard. Also Lee was able to be flexible and creative with the tasks, thinking outside the box where needed. He always explained to me in advance what he was planning to do that I appreciated. “Have dined a number of times and never been disappointed. As it was bonfire night a friend and I decided to get a takeaway. The food was beautiful, hot, with all the right spices, making it the same as if dined in. What was exceptional was that 2/3 minutes after opening the takeaway bag I realised that one item was incorrect but as we liked this starter anyway we decided not to bother to do anything. However the phone went and panorama rang, full of apologies and sent a driver out with the item we had ordered. I said it didn’t matter but they insisted. I thought this was great customer service. Amazing food, never disappointed completed with great customer service by lovely people”

A while ago my servant Frank (Labradoodle) and I found this bijoux grooming parlour near our mansion overlooking the Thames - Frank went in and came out looking 100 times cleaner and actually quite intelligent (makes a change) and me?
