“Outstanding service . Popped in Monday morning to see if there was any chance of having my clutch replaced this side of Christmas. They were very busy but said they'd try to get it done if they had any cancellations. Phoned us with a quote for works needed , got on and ordered parts and we were hoping possibly getting back after weekend, however , called this afternoon (Tuesday) Our car was ready and was slighter cheaper than quoted because it didn't need any oil. So happy with their level of service and that they are so trustworthy. We always have our MOTs done here too and quite honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.”

All my business bank account transactions are synchronised to the FreeAgent software for me to categorised and approved before any VAT Return is submitted and payroll slips, self assessment forms and year end account documents are produced and uploaded by Capitax to an online portal for me to review and digitally sign for, I really like the way this work giving me complete control of my limited company the whole operation/process is very smooth and efficient. I have used Capitax Financial since early 2018 after an IT contractor colleague recommendation, the difference in service quality and level between my prevous accountancy firm, whom I was with for 7 years, and Capitax is massive even though the size of their team are the same. My one regret is that I should have made the switch much earlier because I would have saved money, be in control of running my limited company and received a better quality of service. “I used Norton Bridges last in 2011 when i finished my self employment and switching to the books full time. They where 100% with me then very friendly- professional & extremly quick at there job. All my issues then where sorted by them and a quick rebate due to me. All transactions where bank transferred as soon as they came of the phone to me. The whole process in 2011 took a few weeks. I started being self employed again last November and i contacted Norton a week ago for last years tax rebate. Again very fast in responding very helpfull staff and now i am waiting for my results witch should be not more than a week or two. I highly recommend them there fees have not change much in ten years. Update 29,05.2021. I sent of all my details to Norton took only a day or so to process and elavuate my Accounts. I received all the paperwork for me to read and sign on agreement. I sent this back and in a matter of a day of them receiving the paperwork got in contact with me to inform its all processed and the rebate should be withing 7 days. It took 5 days all transferred over to my account. Norton keep you informed all the way through and give excellent advice on any Tax issues - questions. I fully recommend this company to everyone needing a Accountant. I will be using Norton every year.”
