They kept humour throughout which really helped me keep calm but never lost their professionalism at any point. They know what they do and they know how they want to do the best for their patient. Communication with Dr Sahu, before and after has been really supportive too - answering questions, giving me information about how best to do my part of the aftercare programme too. Faultless!
