“Alex the piercer was super lovely, I came in because the end of my barbell had fallen off and vanished somewhere in my house, so I had to get a replacement and he offered me two different sizes for no charge and let me use the bathroom to make sure they fit. He was able to discuss the full process of valuation with Yardna (as well as the differences between insurance valuations and the 'wholesale' or jewellery company purchase value). He also took the time to discuss the insurance protection regarding sending items by post and was knowledgeable rather than pushy - I felt comfortable dealing with him and his team. The offer made for my jewellery was explained (they have a lab in Hatton Garden as well as their shops) as well as extremely reasonable (I had another quote to compare) and in choosing not to sell one item for sentimental reasons, it was returned swiftly and safely. On accepting the offer, the money was in my account within two hours I would definitely recommend Yusuf and the Yardna team, especially as selling diamond jewellery is more complex than gold to get right.”
