“I work for the council driving the recycling waste. We often pop in to grab a coffee. A gentleman stepped forward as we were about to pay and paid for our coffee thanking us for the work we do. I was gobsmacked. The gentleman was the owner. Not only is the shop a beautiful and peaceful place to be it’s run by a true gent. The staff who serve always smile and have a joke. I don’t often write reviews but I just had too. Thankyou to all of you who serve best coffee and cakes in Chelmsford.”

“Absolutely love this place! Super lucky to have a coffee shop like this on this street. Perfect for a work space, or a sit down to catch up with friends. Food is lovely, drinks are super! Koyo stuff are always friendly and go into a lot of effort to get to know you and make you feel like you’ve just come to their house for a coffee! Must I say, cakes are also amazing. Great to also have a loyalty program that allows you to have a free coffee every now and then. Very clean, has relaxing music playing in background. This is a go to place on north road!!! Love it! “Best if you are craving homemade indian food. Especially if you are a gujarati. The owner will make you gujarati food like Khaman and Dhokla at an affordable price if you order in advance. You can also get Aloo Paratha, Pav bhaji, pani puri, etc. The food is amazing and the price is really affordable.”
