“Went here for the first time on Wednesday and was back on Friday for my wife's birthday. It is in a different league to you standard Indian. The chef is brilliant, a true gentleman and produces outstanding food. I can't recommend it enough.”

“We went to Sidra today with my 11 months old baby, even though it was busy lunch time service and tables were reserved for group of guests, the owner was so kind to offer us a table. The food is always so flavoursome, it definitely makes me feel so welcome! “Chose this restaurant as I'd seen positive reviews on a local facebook group about their hygiene and safety during lockdown as well as some enthusiastic reviews of the food. 100% recommend. The food was fantastic, full of flavour and arrived hot and fresh. (Not overheated to appear hot at delivery like some places) The vegetable dishes had as much care taken over them as the meat dishes and the portions were generous. Very reasonably priced! The deliveroo estimate of the delivery time was accurate and whilst longer then most was definitely worth the wait and both the staff and delivery driver were very friendly despite being clearly busy. Definitely order again thanks guys!”

Maurizio always makes us feel so welcome and we always get great service. We had a lovely valentines meal here last night and despite the restaurant being very busy the food and service was on point as usual. “Absolutely adore this place! I'm here on day 3 of them opening and I'm very pleased with everything. Wonderful simple breakfast and lunch menu I had plain bacon bap but it comes with added extras like melted cheese and poached egg and option to add hash browns. Just love the simplicity of everything the quality of the food was impressive just a bacon bap but it was seriously delicious, just look at the photo! All the items are reasonably priced, for Teddington I'm surprised!! Staff are great, Nihed, his wife and Sam the chef are super friendly and down to earth. I'm so happy this has opened, can't wait to come back with my girls to try the pancakes!!!”

“The Boathouse Design Studio is a brilliant working hub sat on the Thames in a great historic building. The owners have done a great job making it an appealing and relaxed environment, and visitors are always impressed! Not to mention the Flying Cloud Cafe outside which is perfect for a coffee and a bite to eat with nice scenery.”

“Shambles hosted our Teddington Lunch Club Christmas Lunch, for 26 people. We had pre-ordered our food but people were paying separately which meant lots of different tabs to keep track of, which can't have been easy. They handled this really well though. They also were very accommodating in making a last minute food order change. The food and atmosphere was really lovely and the service was great. Thank you, Shambles! We will be back again.”

“We loved Parsnips - smiley service and great coffee. The crepe menu has something for everyone - we went for a sweet and a savoury option, both were delicious and very generous in size. We'll definitely be back as the cakes and bread looked excellent too (in fact, we also bought a couple of the olive breadsticks - highly recommend).”

“There was a great atmospheric production. Loved the ark work around the aesthetic brick panelling. The service was exceptional and I loved the uniform the incredible staff were wearing. “I have been trying really hard to eat more vegetables and to lose weight - it's now become much easier since discovering the Bowl & Roll! I love the decor, and atmosphere of the store. The staff are really good at suggesting combinations that will work well together. “Excellent food, service and ambience. Waiting staff are prompt and attentive, without bring suffocating. Always with a smile. Attractive, well kept restaurant, bar and garden settings. Menu carries a wide range of tempting dishes, without being a catalogue, good wine list. Recommend the sticky beef with coconut rice - lovely piece of braising steak in a wonderfully glazed sauce of ginger, lime and soy sauce.”

“While I think the initial reaction was 'another coffee shop? at least it's not an estate agent' for most people in Teddington, Local Hero being a new addition to the high street is a dream. They've played into the fact that they're a coffee shop, and not a brunch/dinner/lunch place, and the focus on great coffee pays off with consistently great coffee. (although the pastries and small bites really are great too!) Family run with two other places in SW London, there's a range of different coffees, with all your usual oat/soy/alternative milk, with LH's house roast that makes for a great espresso - one of the only places in the area you can have a magic too (think flat white, but punchier!) Add on friendly and welcoming staff, and Local Hero is a winner for anything from a morning wake up call through to meeting a friend for a chat over a great tasting coffee. They're also dog friendly, which is a huge plus!”

“Wonderful dim sum, high quality and perfectly fresh, cooked and executed. A bit pricey - probably 1.7x of London Chinatown prices, but obviously convenient for those that live close to the area. Do yourself a favour and order the salted egg custard buns”
