Everyman Crystal Palace
● Open“Love love love this cinema. The food, atmosphere and seating is on point. You can order from their extensive menu to your seat (which are perfect for couples as they practically mini couches). I built my own sundae and they did not stoosh on the toppings and my partners drink was on par with a chic Central London bar for a decent price. Would definitely go again and highly recommend it for date night. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive as well.”

Crystal Palace Park
● Closed“Lovely park. Massive! Be prepared to walk. There are a lot of benches so you can stop and rest when you need to. I love the dinosaur sculptures around the lake. They have boards to tell you about them. There is a cafe where you can get water, coffee, snacks. They also have paddle boats you can take out on the lake. It's not far from a bus stop.”

Sapore Vero Crystal Palace
● Open“Wow what a gorgeous addition to Crystal Palace. While the area has a ton of local eateries, a majority being pizza restaurants and Italian restaurants, none are what I would class anything special. Sapore Vero has reintroduced Italian passion with homemade pasta, homemade gelato and as well as traditional Italian dishes they have added a modern touch to their menu too and in a fantastic well designed location. Their wine menu while not massive, offers enough choice. The only issue will be getting a space once word gets out as I have a feeling this will book up fast. I cant wait to return! Thank you guys for an excellent experience.”

Best Western London Queens Hotel Crystal Palace
● Open“I really enjoyed my stay here, honestly wanted to stay longer than the 4 days I stayed. The hotel has a good location - it's close to the bus station, restaurants and a big Sainsburys which is a few minutes walk from it. The hotel provides parking although I did not need it. I booked a room with a double bed and it comes with a TV as well. The room was quaint and neat, lots of towels provided, and it had air conditioning which was crucial for the hot weather. The bathroom was a very good size, honestly I think it was my favourite part of the room. I loved the design and colour of the room, I suppose it has something to do with the history of the area (as an aspiring architect, I enjoy these little details). I think the interior of the hotel is wonderfully decorated and contrasts with the exterior though. From the outside, you'd think something completely different, however when you go in, it's decent. Within the hotel, a vending machine for bottled water and snacks is provided. There was also a microwave located in the lobby of the reception which I wished I knew earlier (so take note in case you're on a budget and don't want to spend lots of money on takeout). The service I received was great - I lost my oyster card on the hotel premises, and the reception called me when it had been found. They were also willing to keep my luggage for me after I checked out. If I ever need to come back to London, I will be looking to stay here again.”

Hyde Park
● Open“Excellent park! Huge, with lots of things to see and do. Lots of space available, in spite of its popularity and how busy it was, even on a weekday morning. Cycle paths (with bicycle hire available), picnic on the grass areas is possible, larger lake with many ducks, geese and swans. Horse riding tracks, and even a trough. Lots of little memorials and gardens dotted about. Cafes, with toilets, to rest and replenish at. I still have several more attractions and areas to explore there. A great place to relax and spend a few hours, or even pass the day. Whether it's by yourself, with a pet, a loved one, the family or friends. We were fortunate to have a great weather that morning. Ps. You might be lucky to catch the army training their soldiers to ride there some time like we did.”

Cafe Paradou

A good choice of meals such as poached eggs on toast, full English, wraps and paninis ect. Cafe paradou have a good outdoor seating deck as well as lots of seating inside. The owner Sam is lovey as well as all the staff. This cafe has just had a renovation and looks great. Perfect for meeting up for a coffee and great for children too. High chairs available. WiFi. Dogs are allowed on the front deck but not in the cafe. Restroom available but no baby changer.”

Agent Engagement
● Open“Agent E is a god send for anyone buying an engagement ring, I couldn't recommend them enough! I found it to be pretty overwhelming when I started looking and having someone I could trust to guide me through the process and put me in touch with trustworthy designers made the experience so much easier and much more exciting. Plus it was completely free and Agent E was always on hand to answer questions and help me make decisions based on my circumstances. I am thrilled with my ring and without Agent E I would have probably bought something off the shelf for the same price or more but not nearly as unique and special. Thank you Agent E!”
