“Came here for early dinner and drinks with my partner before we went out for the evening. Was quiet as it was a weekday, so we were sat quickly on a table near the kitchen. Very cosy booth, loved the Christmas decorations! A lovely lady called Jess took our order, I had the salmon and my partner had the pork, and we shared some sides. They were out of the onion rings, but the lovely chefs made us homemade ones instead!! Such a nice touch. The food was lovely and we had some cocktails once we were finished. Absolutely can’t fault the service, everyone was so welcoming and attentive! Will definitely be back, hopefully to try the festive menu which looks delicious.”

“It's so hard to find somewhere that does good fresh sandwiches with thick bread, if that's you thing then go here! So good, really friendly big portions, don't expect cheap this is a small local business so every penny spent here is money well spent to a family run business. Love it I will be back again soon!”

“Just celebrated my husband’s birthday with a lunch for 45 people yesterday. Amy made the whole process easy from the start. The food was amazing, the service and atmosphere was fab. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and I would not hesitate to recommend Mim e Coco to anyone thinking of holding a party here. Well done Amy and team!”

“A very busy pub (needs booking ahead!) But one that had great food and fast friendly service from the staff. Had a vegetable soup to start and the Sunday chicken roast followed by chocolate brownie as per the photos.”

“A great find In Sutton. About two minutes walk from the Station, it's definitely a venue I'd go back to. Lots of space and some of the funkiest decor in a Pub I have seen. The staff were really welcoming and served us lovely and quickly. Great range of beers and a busy kitchen too.”

“Visited the Gander inn today as a quick pit stop for lunch. Great service from the pub managers, Kati & Peter. Tried the festive mac and cheese which was very tasty, I hope they keep it on past Christmas. Can't wait to try this pub again when I'm next in the sutton area.”

“Cheerful barmaid happy to have a laugh. Guinness was good with 2 ale pumps. A couple of tvs (cricket and football when I was there). Lovely beer garden with a little bar and a pizza oven. Nice clean place with friendly locals.”

“My first visit to this pub. A large family friendly pub which was very clean and well presented. The staff were lovely and knew how to pour both a good Guinness and ale = both of which were excellent. There is quite a large beer garden out the back. We didn't eat but what I saw made me think about it. Great value. Spot the interesting history note at the bar.”

“Lovely family owned business. Used to go every week there from the local uni with friends to eat. Food is really nice and the burgers are great. Really nice heartwarming husband and farther at the counter. Recommend trying them as I've had no problem there”
