We needed to pay an additional £6 charge to the driver for a 30min delay, which is fair enough, but I would have thought that the flight details we shared in the app (flight number, scheduled arrival time) would have been used to schedule the driver's arrival and be adjusted according to live flight information. Fortunately, we had some cash to pay the driver, though, if paying in advance by card via the app, it would be more helpful to add the charge to the original payment method. These were just minor issues and we were otherwise happy with the service and price.”

“We used Solex back in 2015 to purchase our current home, and they provided a great service back then. More recently in 2022 we decided to sell our property and for ease we are using the conveyancers suggested by the estate agency. Turned out after some initial checks were carried out that there was some important lease info missing. After speaking with Fiona at Solex, they were quickly on the case and by the next day Fiona had sourced all the lease info needed. Then, a few days later a query came up about our title deeds still showing the previous owners mortgage company charge. This was obviously an oversight, but after liaising with Fiona again, she was able to resolve promptly by contacting the old mortgage company and asking they remove the connection immediately. Fiona kept me informed all throughout and could not have been more helpful. Would highly recommend using Solex again in the future!”
