Öncü Food Centre - Hornchurch
“They have so much food from all round the world..the smell of the spices is amazing. You have to take your time to really have a look at everything..they have beautiful desserts from Greece and the freezer section is overflowing with such delicious foods. I did ask for price check and was helped..but on a product availability wasn't very helpful just sent me to another section..but it's nice to see all the fresh produce and everything else. Well worth a visit.”
Screwfix Hornchurch
“Nice and Handy place, just a shame about opening times, had to wait until 9am on a Saturday before it opened”
Co-op Food - Elm Park - Hornchurch
“My number one supermarket, I really like the Coop products. The Coop Team Members (Adam, Mrs Nancy and the others)are very helpful apart from the securities are always following the customers as robbers. Last night an Indian security grabbed my arms without any reason and I said to him, do not touch me. All the Coop Staff know me as I am constantly buying in there. Even I have my Membership card. So do not be annoyed if the securities think or get wrong conclusions against you in there.”
Costcutter Hornchurch

The Co-Operative Food
“The Co-Op here in Elm Park is brilliant for quick shopping visits to get some house essentials or to grab some snacks. The prices here are very fair and it features an ATM machine inside which is very handy.”
Lidl
“Nice shop, huge variety. Great selection of kids toys and sweets. Plenty of parking and great selection in the bakery. Only downside, security follows us every isle - we can’t even eat our chewing gum.”
Tesco Superstore
“Best Tesco for bargains and deals. Lots of discounts on good quality items.”
Tesco Extra
“Best Tesco Extra store by far. Spacious, clean well organized and friendly staff.”
midpoint food store
“This shop is the nicest place to go for many reasons. It's a local small business so you are supporting them every time you shop but they have a range of great treats for your kids and for yourself. Last time I went in I got the kids rainbow laces and myself a white twirl. The workers in there are lovely and always up for a conversation. Lovely place, lovely people.”
Pantry Shelf
“At last a refill store in Havering. Having spent the last 5 years trekking into Hackney to avoid plastic waste its great to have somewhere local to go.”
Sainsbury's Local
“Good shop, friendly staff. Good for all your daily bits and bobs. Paper, bread, milk, that sort of stuff as well as all the usual shopping needs that you may want.”
