“Had my breakfast here today before departure, I have done security check at the airport 4 hours before my flight and the restaurant staffs told me they are not opening yet and they will open from 7am. So I waited nearby on a bench about 30mins, a blonde lady who seems to be manager there, she's very friendly and kind walking toward me and said they can serve me even it's just 6am. I was so happy as I haven't eaten anything, didn't get to sleep as my flight at 9am and after a night bus and waited till morning, so this small gesture is really appreciated from me. I would give the service best, foods are averagely good as typical Japanese restaurants in the UK.”

“We had our twins 18th birthday party yesterday in Amrit Lounge. The food was so delicious by chefs (Mr. Sharma & Mr. Pandey) , waitress ( Aasha) was excellent and was spot on. The manager ( Mr. Sooriya ) was so helpful and he is brilliant. He managed this event so smoothly that all our guests (80) were so impressed with the food & service and the atmosphere. Highly recommended for small partys for around 70/80 people. A big "Thank you" to all the staff of Amrit Lounge for making this event a grand success.”

My food was delivered by a friendly and polite driver tpo. Our food came piping hot, i thought i had ordered something wrong so i called up again and the lady at the other end explained to me politely what my meals were and how they should look and i have to say the food was lovely, the service lovely and the friendliness of the lady taking the order to the driver was just such a nice experience. “Food, service, environment... All here is fabulous!!! And the price is not bad. I had a Black Bean Taco Soup and a Falafel salad, both are Gluten Free (GF) and Vegan (V) so perfect. Just say the soup was saying that has soya as allergen and just this! There are not many things in this airport GF and Vegan. This country need improve this in general isn't it???
