“Needed a particular kitchen utensil for a birthday present and yes I could buy it online but I wanted to be able to see the item and have a feel of it before I bought it. Thankfully The Kitchen Range had this item and didn't mind me coming in and having a play with it before I bought it. I was also able to ask questions about it and speak to someone face to face.
