“I cannot understand the negative reviews - I had a puncture and called for roadside assistance. The van came along and the friendly driver tried to repair but couldn't and the hole was too large. He took it back to the workshop at 9pm and then it was ready with a new tyre fitted by midday next day. On top of this they also advised me on various other minor faults, pro-actively suggested i needed an oil top-up and advised me to go to my regular repair shop to check other aspects of the last service I had done. Very friendly and professional service throughout and the pricing was reasonable and transparent. I'm not sure what else you would want from a repair shop. Top class job guys. Cheers”

Customer service was 10/10, did not try and sell me something which was outside of my budget and gave me good advice and knowledge I will refer to when making any jewellery purchase.
