“Love this shop, ive been busy refilling all my bottles. I've swapped to refill hand wash, washing liquid, shampoo, pasta, snacks, chocolate, coco powder, flour, spaghetti, toilet cleaner, window cleaner, deodorant, dishwasher tabs, rinse aid.... It goes on. I've discovered recyclable e-toothbrush heads, toilet bombs, enviro friendly & refillable chewing gum, and environmentally friendly sanitary products! It's good to know I'm buying eco products, supporting an independent local business and making a difference to the environment!”

“I have visited this store on several occasions and it never let me down. I always get greeted by professional staff members who do know how to treat customers with respect and professionalism. Because of this I actually stopped going to Screwfix. For me one of the most important parts when I am shopping is the customer service element. Keep up the good work.”

All under one roof and with no John Lewis at Watford, Lords is a mini version, but ample of choice in most things for the house..be it gardening supplies, kitchen ware, cookware BBQs, paints, DIY tools, storage etc..and you get to support the high street shops..what more can one ask. Also, certain items one wants to browse and purchase, so online isn't a choice all the time.”

Tina had good product knowledge and her advice was much appreciated. Communication was very good and all the order paperwork was emailed to me promptly.
