We arrived at our hotel (Frontel) promptly where Al-Ansar had arranged us food, because they knew we’d be hungry. We were settled into the hotel and Madinah and Makkah were amazing as always. Al-Ansar were always there to help us with any questions / concerns. Brother Kausar was always checking up on us to see if we’re okay. They arranged transport to the Haramain rail and dropped us to Madinah airport on departure. Ahmed helped us check in and get ZamZam. All in all it was an amazing experience. I would recommend highly to anyone to use this travel agent.”

Due to the pandemic, we could not go to hajj in 2020 or 2021 and just about a month ago when we were looking to get ready to go to hajj in 2022 with Quba travel, the Saudi hajj ministry had other plans. Even though we now are unable to go to Hajj with Quba anymore, I would still recommend them for 2 reasons, one is because of my dear friend Shaykh Abid Khan's recommendation of Quba back in 2019 and second, because of my experience with them over the last 2 years. There was a lot of uncertainty during the pandemic but at each stage I was given a thorough update about any and all developments regarding the state of hajj. I specifically want to thank brother Shahid with whom I had the most contact with. He was mashaAllah incredibly courteous, professional and helpful in all of his emails and phone calls. Alhamdullilah, I felt content every time I spoke with him and even now that we are parting ways, he has offered to help should I get selected for Hajj this year inshaAllah. May Allah reward brother Shahid and other brothers in Quba travel who provided me with timely updates.
